Ok guys... i just picked up a 30 oz premium lecithin granules for $17 at vitamin world. Its got vitamin worlds brand on the tub. Is this any good, or should i have ordered the fearn brand?
Very disappointed from soy Lecithin so far. No strength gains or anything else.maybe the wrong Brand of SL?ara seems to be more potent

this is the nutritional info from the SL that I bought from GNC. based on the info how many tablespoons will I have to take for that muscle fullness effect?
I don't know if it's the PA or if I'm just not carb depleted (despite ~1500g carbs weekly) for the first time since Sept, but I'm ****ing huge. Not hyperbole. In other news: just picked up 8 more 16oz tubs of Fearn @ $6.50 each.

On off day, take with a fatty meal for better absorption.From what i understand, it shouldn't matter if taken with or without a meal. I usually take it with a meal, to help with absorption.

It has been covered a few times, now. Its not an issue. That "issue" is totally blown out of proportion, anyways.
