I'm on Phosphatidic acid Ya'll

Ok guys... i just picked up a 30 oz premium lecithin granules for $17 at vitamin world. Its got vitamin worlds brand on the tub. Is this any good, or should i have ordered the fearn brand?
 
Very disappointed from soy Lecithin so far. No strength gains or anything else.maybe the wrong Brand of SL?ara seems to be more potent
 
Can someone post a pic of the fearn lecithin bottle, I want to make sure I buy the right one at Walmart tomorrow!

I'd still stick with the 2-4 TBS preWO...on off days taken whenever prior to a meal...unless you're just trying to take an SL dose with each dose of the ph to help with absorption...?

this is the nutritional info from the SL that I bought from GNC. based on the info how many tablespoons will I have to take for that muscle fullness effect?
 
I don't know if it's the PA or if I'm just not carb depleted (despite ~1500g carbs weekly) for the first time since Sept, but I'm ****ing huge. Not hyperbole.

In other news: just picked up 8 more 16oz tubs of Fearn @ $6.50 each.

6 tbsp pre workout only. 3.6g PA total Haven't noticed any abnormal strength gains in the 2+ weeks I've been supplementing, just increased fullness/muscle density

Hey guys, I have been taking fearn lecithin granules with ARA for about a month and making great gains. I have been fasting around 4(or ~9 if it is a morning workout) hours prior to ingesting them both mainly to maximize the ARA, but now that I am finishing up my ARA I wanted to see some opinions on eating prior to taking the SL.

How many hours are you guys waiting after eating, if at all, to take your PA/SL?

Sorry if this has already been answered, but I could not find a consensus, so I thought it would be a good question.
 
I usually have my pre-workout meal 60-90 minutes prior to the gym and have been dosing SL about 60 minutes after the meal.
 
From what i understand, it shouldn't matter if taken with or without a meal. I usually take it with a meal, to help with absorption.

On off day, take with a fatty meal for better absorption.
 
if possible treat it (dose it) just as you would ara (so prewo is optimal as far as maximising muscular uptake is concerned)
 
Coop dog said timing didnt really matter because of something about "terminal elimination" whatever the **** that is but if you wanna be extra careful take it preworkout and with fatty meals on off days.
 
Wife hooked up some knowledge.
Add some liquid SL into the oil when you fry eggs/omelets etc, and it doesnt stick.... at all.
She adds maybe a tsp liquid fearn per tbsp coconut oil and i swear im never scraping burnt egg anymore.
 
I take my SL now with my preWO meal. 1 cup oatmeal, 2 scoops whey, 3 tablespoons SL. All blended and drank around 4pm. Workout around 6:45pm.
 
I skimmed through the majority of this thread so sorry if this has been answered already but.. Is there any concern as far as this being derived from Soy? I was under the impression men should avoid consuming soy in general?

It has been covered a few times, now. Its not an issue. That "issue" is totally blown out of proportion, anyways.

Also to note, makes no difference if it's GMO or non-GMO, the way and amount of processing the soy goes through to end up with the lecithin essentially makes the two types indistinguishable from each other.

Actually there is a study showing soy derived PA is more potent stimulator of mTOR signaling than PA derived from egg.

Ok this might sound ridiculous...but I couldn't find the Fearn SL in Wal-Mart haha where in the store are these located?

I've checked in the store too and haven't had any luck finding them.

I'd just get online and stock up.

You can get it for around $8 shipped.
