What is the highest dose you guys have dosed it? I might go up to 1800mgs of PA or maybe 2400mg.
3g here and i feel its enough with 3g right now
Preworkout seems to be the numero uno dosing time, dosing on offdays is still a bit of a grey area (supposed to be at least one new study coming out showing it to be beneficial) so really up to the user

Tastes great in my conqu3r. I'm still on three king and one scoop lecitihin. Would two scoops be overkill? I'm seeing fullness already and especially bigger post workout.

Thats a pretty big dose. I know others said that big dose is better, but maybe its just not optimal for you. Maybe try dialing it back a bit or getting off it for a bit and see if the symptoms subside. This is just my opinion, but your mental health far exceeds a few pounds of extra muscle.
I just had a great workout with PA. I did two caps of King (old version) and a tablespoon of Fearns Lecithin so that adds up to 1100mg of PA. This blew away my regular dose of just 750mg. I had good strength and extremely dense/full muscles. This may be my sweet spot, but I will try upping it a little more in the next couple workouts.
Note: I am not a big dude
Stats: 5'9" 173 lbs. 9% BF.
Just another update:
I had another great workout this morning using the same dose (1100mg) as yesterday. I noticed a significant boost, good strength and my muscles feel dense/full.
I haven't noticed a drop off from Micro-PA so that's a good thing. I'll know if there is a drop off when I finish this SL and go back on Micro-PA.
No increased weight or hunger though, even at the ~3 tablespoons of the SL I've been consuming. Pretty use to the taste and aftertaste at this point.
I have noticed the increase in hunger since adding in the Fearn lecithins. I never noticed it with the King product, but they may be because my dose of pa was too low.
So are you guys just mixing this in with a protein shake pre-workout or something?

Recently finished up 30 days on the new King and didn't really see much... Switched over to Fearn at 1.2 g and I'm finally starting to really see some results in my 3rd week . Muscles are much fuller and dense. Haven't seen a ton in the strength department tho
On Soy Lecithin, Im still not noticing a great strength increase, but a definant increase in size and fullness.
You doing 2 TBS or more?

Yup 3 and I noticed a difference when chewing it compared to swallowing it whole. Chewing seems to activate it faster for muscle fullness.
