Heres were im at,

im 19 5'10 155 lbs ,
Curl 100lbs max
Bench 165 max
Squat 310 max
i have a whole home gym with everything.
but i cant seem to get it striaght.
heres what i take

ArimaTest ,GNC gold vitamins , 189 creatine , Wheybolic pro , Nano vapor
anabolic halo , anator p 70 ,
i do make sure to get all my protien and supps in everyday ,
im very strick about my lifting routine , i figured since im on Ai's i got the abundant test. but im not adding the weight i want, figured since i got extra test than b4 i could lift alil more often right? so i hit each muscle group 2x a week

like this , day one biceps back, day two pecks n tris , day three legs lower back n abs. i get minimal results , been doing this for a year could you experts help me plz. thanks very much.

1. Drop the Muscletech
2. at your age you need few supps to help you get gains
creatine, vitamin, fish oil
3. you need to eat more, you can train all you want, without cals you will not grow. You need protein/carbs/fat

I can attest to #3. I need to eat a lot jsut to maintain my wt. I take my protein everywhere I go so that I do not drop wt.

I get in 3200 cals during my growing phase with 40/40/20 pro/carbs/fat

yup first off, the routine needs adjusting. Doing that for a years length is the exact reason growth has stalled. I would also recommend you check out using some other supplement products. do some research on bill starr 5x5 routine. It is a very basic mass building routine that utilizes mainly compound lifts.

Def. eat more,
Also, (and this is soley my opinion) training splits like yours aren't very effective for begginers. Training 3X a week and hitting all the major lifts each time will get you to grow probably more in 3-4 months than you have in the last year as long as you are eating enough, getting enough sleep, ect.

K , lately i have been avoiding fatty foods , should i eat them,
should i hoop on to a weight gainer instead of lean protien,

alot of ppl say drop muscle tech i get , underdosed over priced, got it. k
what do you guys recoomned , i have a decent budget for supps, seening as how ive been buying muscle tech i ought to be able to get anything lol.

Test.

And as for Ai's am i on the right path? i want to be like very big one day soon , later down the road wen i hit 200lbs i want to jump on steriods , but as for now , Ai's are the way to go right?
extra test , short recov time? more muscle right?
let me know , your input helps alot ,

Honestly, overpriced or no, I don't think any of these sups. are going to do what you want them to. Protein is very important and powders are awesome, but make sure you are eating plenty of real food too. Eggs and chicken are staple of my diet. Nuts like almonds and walnuts add alot of "healthy fats" to your diet and will up your caloric intake without alot of change.
As far as creatine, BCAA's, and the others, try and see. Be honest with yourself and you'll see what works for you. What works for one doesn't neccesarily work for someone else. I can't really imagine an AI doing much for a 19 yr. old. Your body should be prime for building muscle w/o it.

I have to say one last thing...
In bodybuilding, or any form of weight training, you get back what you put in. Are you taking your weights/reps to failure? How many are you doing? A 165 lb bench press can become 250 lb bench press relatively quickly if you train hard enough. Don't hold anything back when you train and you will be AMAZED at the gains you make.

I agree with the above statement. OP, the best thing you can do for yourself is drop everything and start fresh. Look up Riptoes training. Just type it in google. It is a solid workout for a beginner.

Focus on getting whole foods. Macros @: 3000 calories, 300G carb, 300G protein, 75G fat a day. I personally enjoy fats, but they are GOOD fats, EX: Extra virgin Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, Nuts, Natural Peanut Butter.

Do not even think about supplementation till you get these down IMO.

i agree with texas...just one other thing add ten whole eggs every morning for breakfast...and youll gro like never b4...

The most important thing if you want to gain mass is definetly food. Eat everything in sight, as long as it isn't junk food.

pizza and burgers are what i call "borderline" junk food.
they can give a lot of good carbs and protien, they taste good but they tend to come with a lot more saturated fat than we want, they have their points but come with a drawback.

great advice has been given to you. Nuts are excellent for your health and will help you add quality calories to your diet.
They say that the monounsasturated fat in nuts has even shown to increase testosterone..

eat your vegetables, and then wash them down with plenty of milk, eggs, cottage cheese, chicken, lean beef, pork or other. then throw in some nice whole grains, 9 grain wheat bread and oatmeal.

just cut the french fries, candy bars and sodas especially, and replace these things with calories of quality your body can use for what you want it to do.

And realize that supplements are not a necessary part of any of this. they can lend a hand and they have their place, but are nothing that you need. One thing you will figure out is not to listen to half of the garbage that people like to blindly spill out of their mouths about supplements. too many people will try and preach about how they took some muscletech hardcore thing or they take some hmb and HGH spray or methoxyisoflavone and whatever and they got huge. many times it is that we are simply paying more attention to our training and diet, and the results of harder work are attributed to some half bogus supplement.

You should really research anything before you buy it. look for the science behind the product always and realize that the marketing and hype behind supplements is there, then react with scepticism and dont buy it until you gather enough information to decide if it is worth getting.

if you want supplements, buy them online.
get good whey protien, ON gold standard is my favorite.
then get a good multi vitamin, Fish oil.
Creatine monohydrate, then
BCAAs, arginine akg, citrulline malate and L glutamine are amino acids that you should look into. the best way to get these is in bulk powder form, from nutraplanet or similar.
drop the AI's. replace with ZMA.

and Remember that there are no shortcuts if you want to do this the right way.

Thank you ill try fish oils ,
i have been very keen on not eating anyhting unheatly ,
maybe i have taking that to far , all ive eating for the longest time was pasta , tomato n basil n alfredo pasta
so i guess i need to eat alot more , like 8 meals
