Boogaloowill said:Hey im new here and new to everythign basically im 20 years old ,6 feet and usedto way 245 (i was very sedentary usedto not eat all day and eat eveyrhtign at night ect.)im eating better now trying to do the 6 small meal thing(i hardly get a chance tho,im a barber so soemtimes i cant even get a chance to cathc the regular meals...but ive been making time now)im down to 225 now,and lowering,gained soem muscle too,been working on chests triceps and shoudlers one day,and back and biceps ,alternating,do cardio 45 minutes 2 times a week im doing more than double what i did when i first started speed/distance/calorie burnign wise,and started taking lipodrene,i want to eventually become a big bodybuilder type,now a real thin type,but im tryign to loose it first then add the muscle first,what do you all reccommend i do schedule wise,and eating,any supplements to help ,ect and should i jsut work on muscle mainly or focus on cardio,thanks.
