I'm going to be starting the trifecta stack

I found what made my bp go up. yohimbine is in the mm and the psarm and my pre workout shake. I found that this can raise bp and an allergic reaction (difficulty breathing; closing of your throat; swelling of your lips, tongue, or face; or hives); Other, less serious side effects are more likely to occur. Continue to take yohimbine and talk to your doctor if you experience ,dizziness;
anxiety, irritability, or nervousness;
tremor (shaking);
headache; or
skin flushing.

Here I was taking 5 mm and 6 psarm plus my shake. They also say at high dose this can be toxic. So I'm going to just take the 1-d for a day and flush the yohimbine out of my system. Then just stay with the normal stack I will do the psarm by itself. And I will hold my shake for a later date.
 
I'm back using the mm after taking a day to get my bp under control. Still a little high but not too bad.

How are you taking the HB? Im gonna start my Stack on Monday and was thinking of also having some on hand or just starting it with the stack to help.
Also why the garlic?

Garlic is known to help bring down bp.
I'm using 2 565 mg of hb 3 times a day
and 2 400 mg of garlic 3 times a day
but my bp was real high.
If I was you I would get a bp monitor for home. Thay have a wrist cuff one that is easy to use for about $30.
Then you can adjust your intake of hb to keep your bp at the right range.

Another great workout. I've only had a lbm change by .6lb but not bad for the first week. And my bp is under control.
 
Thanks! I will be picking up some HB today, and I have a BP monitor at home as my mom was a Caretaker for Seniors so thats no problem. Hows the stack treating you so far?

Not bad except the high bp. But It should be getting allot better since it was my first week. It suppose to really kick in by the second week from what I read.

Nice to see some one is still here. I saw I had over 600 visitors but not many replies.
The stack is great. It keeps me pumping. My blood pressure is still running high. I'm thinking on cutting back on both the 1-d and the mm. I'm running 5 1-d and 4mm a day. I've thought of cutting back to 3 a day on both and go for a longer run. Or I might try to find something stronger to bring down my bp. I hate to cut back because I want to see what kind of gains I can get from this stack. But heavy lifts and high blood pressure don't mix.
 
I'm thinking about putting together a cutting stack any suggestions. I want to run a powerful estrogen blocker with a fat burner and a hgh.

I hear ya man, but you are running a great log!,

So even after dosing HB BP is still high huh? how are you dosing it? 1-2g?

I just read that I have had over 700 viewers. Im 25, been out the gym for about 8mo I think (Family,Health,Personal issues) and finally decided I need to be back where I was or better 175 @ around 15%bf. Im now currently at about 195 and soft as...well too ****n soft lol. So its on and poppin, Im cycling my carbs and running 300 under maintenance right now and I feel pretty good but its only the second day and will adjust lower to about 500 as I goo. I dont expect to get back where I was in such a short time, but Im gonna see how hard work and this stack treats me.

you should really start seeing the gains man.., can you pin point the most obvious strength gain yet?, how is the body comp looking?

I'm not seeing much in body comp, but when it comes to strength hmmmm. Well put it this way I hate to quit. I want to keep on going and I end the set almost as strong as I started. I'm doing 5 set on the workouts without hardly any drop off. The way I'm going I should really start putting on mass.

I've been following your log as I am on my 9th day on the Trifecta stack. I'm too busy to run a log myself and I'm seeing if we're trending the same results. So far, I have nothing spectacular to report as far as body comp but I've broken all my PR's. I'm doing DC training and liking it so far.



Are you going until failure or stopping at the 10th rep?

I'm going to positive failure. And thanks for jumping in. give me an up date on your progress every so often.

I have a Trifecta Stack, 1 bottle 1gh, 5 bottles of Natadrol,5 bottles of T-911.....I'm just not sure what I should stack first.
