I'm 17 and need to know best!

Hey guys, I'm quite up to date on different products but need help, I'm 17 working hard in the gym 3 times a week, I'm taking maxs lean muscle protein and my diet is 40% protein 40% carbs 20% fats, I'm trying to put on muscle is that a good start? I'm taking zma tablets at the moment but thinking about creatine, should I get into to creatine? Also pre workout I eat very well but I see you guys are taking quite a few different things before it what can I buy? What is your overall supplements?

Being 17 you probably won't get much from a test booster so I won't suggest any to you but I do think you can benefit from creatine and multivitamins. Try to get most of your nutrition from food and just use the protein for mainly post workout recovery.
Pre workout energy pump supps don't really build muscle. We just use them because we like them. So save your money there too.

I'm quite skinny but highly definitioned, I want to put on muscle and looked ripped, should I stay on lean muscle or get onto mass gainer, I'm on maxs muscle gainer at the moment.

Honestly man...instead of researching supplements, I think you should spend as much time as possible researching food. This is the real source of your gains and by the time you start seeing big improvements based on your diet, you can move on to supplementation. By then, you'll probably be 18 and folks will be more eager to help you.

I'm not a big fan of gainers because I have no problems gaining weight (that's why I used to be fat!). It's always better to get your intake in through real foods, but if you need a gainer, try to find one without a ton of sugar or maltodextrin as the source of carbs in the ingredients. Try to look at labels to see where those carbs are coming from - some gainers are so crappy that you'd be better off drinking a protein shake and getting the carbs from candy.

At your age, you should focus on absorbing as much information as possible on both nutrition and training. It will be a bit overwhelming at first since there are many conflicting views in both of these areas, but always keep an open mind and be willing to try something new. I also do not mean to only read Flex magazine since they repeat the same crap over and over and have one perspective: BB'ing.

i actually took IGF 2 at 18 and saw decent results. nothing like what an older person would get, but for 18, it was acceptable. that being said, just stick to food, creatine, bcaas, sleeping, training hard

I'm wanting to get on creatine and that's it, should I cycle it or get tablets and just take the daily dosage?

Cause u are 17, caffiene should be off limits. Look into the most under rated ergogenic aids know and that's beta alanine and creatine. Enjoy and train hard

Get creatine monohydrate. 5 grams per day, no need to cycle. Powder or tabs doesn't matter, whatever your preference.

3g is enough to achieve a saturation point over a longer period than 5g.
Meaning if:
You load creatine to peak saturation at say 100g that's 20 serves at 5g or 33 serves at 3g.
Why bloat yourself? Take it easy and assess tolerance to creatine and stomach/GI tracy.
Beta alanine can be dosed at 2.5-3.2g 2xper day

So should I get beta analine and creatine? But with creatine arnt you suppose to cycle it, also when you stop taking creatine doesn't the water inside your muscles lose a bit and your muscles look less defined?

Hydrate and make sure u bust balls at training and sweat!!! No worries man!!!!!!
My fav is probably (and no company plug here) is MST cre-02 and carnage. Cheap and the cre-02 has cordyceps (endurance aid) in it too. The carnage has Beta Alanine and taurine to stop taurine depletion when dosing bA

What is taurine and what the deplete of dosing bA? So that's the bad thing about creatine isn't it when you stop it takes water out your muscles doesn't it and makes them look less defined? When do you take your supps, creatine in morning? Beta alanine pre workout?

Creatine and beta alanine pre workout say 3 g each

Beta alanine post @3 g.

Taurine a non essential amino that decreases when introducing beta alanine or increasing carnosine levels. Beta alanine buffers that 'burn feeling' when doing weights

I want to get them both, which brands should I get of creatine and beta alanine and I want a creatine that you don't have to cycle and one that doesn't take water out of muscles, isn't creatine something you should take in the morning and beta alanine pre workout?

I have my Brand preference (MST) cause I run too...

Just buy bulk man and it's cheap As chips
