Pumber, I'm not completely sure, but I thought it was only 10mM HCL since it has a lower pH than AA, thus a lower molarity for HCL would be equivelent.
At least that is what Gropep suggests as the molarity for IGF recon.
Reconstitution and Stock Solutions: The peptide should be reconstituted in 10 mM HCl at a concentration of 1 mg/ml. In this form it is stable for at least 3 months at -20° C or -80° C¹. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles

Reminds me of the time I was on a different forum telling people that it was .06% AA they need to use! LOL! Days later I realized this and slapped myself silly...
