What would you buy? (I'm a recent ex-GNC customer trying to figure out what ACUTALLY works and what's NOT a rip off!)

I've heard tons about BCAA's and Beta-Alanine... but since I'm on a budget, I suppose I need "the basics". -- Don't mind any protein... I bought a lot in bulk and have at least a month left.

NP is an amazing online retailer. Stay out of GNC. Try to do all of your shopping at NP. You won't regret it. Trust me. They're very generous people. They're very affordable, constantly have sales, and occasionally send free samples and other goodies with your delivery.

I originally had one container of xtend, no yellow gold, no fish oil. But the extend would only last 1-2 months, but the yellow gold + fish oil should last a few months. Would have been handy to know whether he was bulking or cutting too :)

But if you must know...
Age: 24
Height: 6'1"
Weight: 200lbs
approx 16-17% BF.

I'd love to be down in the 10 (or sub) range, but my workout for the next 6 weeks is a heavy lift routine... I'd love to turn all the fat to muscle and stay around 200 lbs - but I'm apt to stay this BF to bulk some more!

I would buy some Post Cycle Support, and Poseidon.
 
I think the above would give you around 90 days of good bulking supplies. For recomping, it would be better a little different.

"holy grail" supplement muscle

in google, and see how many different ones come up :)

This is directed at CodyMartin; we all would love to be able to perform a simpled procedure, or even ingest a simple capsule, and turn all of our body fat into muscle, but we can't. But what we can do is, bust our asses in the gym, train hard, and eat big (but healthy) and burn the fat, so that we can turn it into muscle. ;)

I've been logging all my foods in OpenOffice Calc (basically a free version of MS Excel~) for the past 3 days, and my past 2 workouts have been logged. Tomorrow morning I am going in for a BF pinching with the owner of the gym -- he's also a certified PT so hopefully it's accurate -- and I am also trying to get a Bioelectric Impedance test for a second opinion. I plan to take daily pictures (hopefully) to post along with my results.

I think I'll post my log after the 8-week period in which I want to be very specific in all of my details. Based on your experiences, would you suggest I post daily (or close to it) or do it up big and post an 8-week mega log?

most of my orders at nutraplanet are for their very own products (nutraplanet) like the bulk fishoils or cissus caps...they charge me an arm and a leg for shipping is why i have slowed down on orders.
