I'd wager 2 units 1000 units won't last more than 2 days in real time up for sale from various sites too many people keen to start "eating on it:D"

At least you have a natural alternative. Follidrone has no negative sides which is one of its huge positives.
Everyone is different but it seems the endurance factor comes on fast.
I expect youll be able to break a few barriers. Push yourself, eat enough and rest enough as these also play a role.

Maybe try taking it a couple hours before the gym.
Not sure you want the added heat when training though. Your already hot. Might be better to allow it to burn when your normally resting as then youll be burning at rest.
 
Several people have run more than 2 and decided the best results are coming from staying at the recommended dose of 2 per day.
 
Yeah I think 2 is the sweetspot. Unless you weigh 500 lbs I don't think upping the dose will help you.
 
I just wonder if it also reduce myostatin levels for an X count of hours will it not then be best do spread the dosage for 3 or 6 hours apart to be in a constant myostatin deficiency ? And for how long would the myostatin levels be reduced after 2 caps pre workout do you know that ?

I'm taking 1 every 8 hours, 1 of which is preworkout.

My day 18 report: for the record, right before I started follidrone I maxed on deadlift at 415, 2 weeks ago 10 singles at 365, last week 5x5 at 315, but yesterday did 5 sets of 3 at 365, then 3 more sets of 2. I'm pleased. The next test is on Friday with log clean and press... Been stuck for a while on it.
Also for what it's worth, these results are with a caloric deficit.
 
The timing of ingestion is pretty interesting to me. I've been reading up on reports showing a 12-16 fold increase from baseline in (-)- epi plasma concentration at 30min-2hr post ingestion dose dependent. The tests are not consuming the amounts in Folli, and were quite low at 46mg in the test, so that could be a big variable. The levels start to lower fairly quickly over the next 2-6 hours.

How does this play into the overall benefits of timing when ingesting (-)-epi for endurance, strength, and health benefit? I have no idea right now, but just found it interesting.
 
Well, most have seemed to find the biggest benefit pre workout, so that would fall in line. I don't think we know the correlation or importance of keeping the levels constant, therefore the need to space it out.

Not at all these are all interesting substantive thoughts. Two immediate release Follidrone pre-workout, perhaps exploring ideas of a timed release 2nd product brought to market in the future? To be taken again hours after the two immediate release taken pre-workout?
 
Until there has been more studies on the effect of the composition I don't feel quite comfortable going overboard on the dosing particularly because I am taking it long term, but I am very interested and intrigued about how far we can go and what we can do with this composition without negative sides appearing. It has me more interested than any compound I've come across in a long time

This was my thought as well which is why the bottle says spread it out.
Seems like there is a huge endurance kick from the 1x pre workout dosing.
Most loggers used 1X dosing and the results were insane.

I wonder what...2 x 2 spread out would do.
 
Next week we will start feeding people the upgraded absorption enhancement caps.
I believe I can improve absorption 500+%.
Probable guinea pigs will be kasaj and movement if they are interested. This is because they have been using it long term and will notice if something changes.
 
I need to determine how I will be able to see how absorption is improved. Numbers are really the way I go off of, but I don't know if there are any labs that can be done.

Aside from myostatin, FOllistatin and inflammatory markers I dont know what else..maybe HDL levels.
Might be an expensive test lol.
 
Yeah, and I am about sick of running labs. LOL I may just go by seat of pants on this. I already know full well what to expect from it currently.

Lol yeah, I'm usually kind of full from my morning "meal" of pills!
 
Regardless of taking 2 pills at once or spreading them, is there any knowledge already about taking it with meals or inbetween meals? I would assume that if you take it together with a meal that it takes longer to get the epi in your system compared to taking it on an empty stomach?

Some supps however need fat or carbs to be better absorbed by the body, good knowledge to know if this is applicable for epi or not

There is no improved batch. We dont even know if it can be improved. For us...it has to be tested first.
I need to know for sure there is a reason to put other things in the caps.
If it makes a huge difference we will make changes.
If not...oh well. Still works better than any natty sup on earth.

not sure if srs but please dont give to your dog. never know what could happen, im sure it would massively upset you if it made your dog sick.
