IDS New-Whey Liquid Protein - 42 grams

Again, in the FYI category: This product has quickly become one of my favorites because it has 42 grams of whey in a 3.1 oz. vial. It's a great way to boost protein intake without ingesting a lot of extra calories.

Don't know what you mean by the company is "crappy," but I do know that the so-called "gelatin" (your word, not mine) is: 1) hydrolyzed isolate that is present in a whole lotta OTHER top-selling whey protein blends, and 2) that's not the only isolate present.

Bottom line: my body assimilates it well, and it works for me.
 
there products have always tested out bad. Their whey protein products tested out at around 6-7 grams of protein and over 20grams of sugar when the label claimed 23 protein, 3carbs, and 2sugar. A friend of mine has his own line of products and he use to have ids make his whey protein product for him. He finally had it tested after customers thought it was too good to be true and sure enough the label was way off. I've spoken to a couple of sales guys from the company and they even admitted that the label was off.
 
so.. those vials don't have 42g of protein? Is that the bottom line? Never heard of IDS but since that is a great way to have a little jolt of protein whenever... why not? who cares who its from if its really whats written on the label.
 
Perhaps we are speaking about 2 different products.

The one I see is not 42 grams of protein for a 3.1 ml vial but 22grams in a 2.9 ounce vial.

first ingredient is enzymatically hydrolyzed collagenic protein isolate

300grams of protein for about $20 - $25

I wonder how they get 42 grams in a 3.1 ounce vial when their 2.9 ounce vial only has 25 grams of protein :think:

Crowler, translate for me if you will:
Does Hydrolyzed collagenic protein isolate mean quality isolate, or dressed up name for hydrolyzed jello?
 
They should come out with the limited edition 60 gram box set: 60 gram vial, 2 ky's, and a leather strap on thingy for the vial. And yeah c'mon CROWLER everyone knows that the vial is made out of a special hydrolized whey polymer for rectal absorbtion. Don't you read Muscle & Fitness???

Why do I think Jello shooters everytime I pass these things in the vitamin store. They are kinda like the tube shots the girls sell in the clubs. Cost about the same. I buy 'em if a hottie was pouring in my mouth.
this is just another case of marketing to the uninformed and uneducated."Hey this looks too cool to not be legit".
