IBE Epistane

Hey guys so I've been doing a lot of research on how to run epistane and wondering if this is a good run?

IBE Epistane: 30/40/40/40/50/50
cel cycle assist or Iron labs cycle support
Taurine

PCT:
Clomid 50/50/50/50
Erase (on start of week 3)
DAA 3/3/3/3.

-Is preloading necessary for epistane, such as running cissus and hawthorne berry?
-I have two bottles of AEN Ape and was wondering if I could substitute that out for the Erase?

Stay at 40mg a day, add in 2 more weeks
cycle assist? waste of money just get some bulk NAC from any internet bulk powder store
If you can get clomid, you can get exemestane or arimidex. Erase? Arimistane is nowhere near as good as the two I mentioned.
If you're prone to estrogen rebound, pick exemestane or nolvadex if it's bad (it shouldn't be with epistane).
Running arimistane on cycle with epistane? 6'2" 185lb you're either pretty lean or have no business running steroids. You're going to be pretty dry, bones will hurt from inside out, joints will ache and hair will thin. No need for it on this cycle
DAA? Doesn't work, proven not to work in clinical studies

Cissus and hawthorne as a "preload"? No idea what you're trying to achieve here
The goal of PCT is to control estrogen rebound and get the nuts working. Start clomid at the start of the last week. Take your choice of AI, twice a week half a tab it's all you'll need, just to control the small amount of estrogen that the clomid will give you. When joints are achy or bones/muscle have an achy pain stop the AI.

Saved you maybe $75 here and you'll get better gains

Epi dosing looks good. If this is your first cycle, I would run run 30 all the way though. Also, at 185 lbs you don't need more than 30mg.

Cycle Assist is vastly superior to iron labs cycle support

PCT looks great. You could do clomid 50/50/25/25 but that is just nit picking.

Thanks for the input and suggestions. I actually stay around 195 but I got sick for about 2 weeks and lost some weight but I'm just planning on doing this when I bulk up to around 205. I've read about how my joints will be sore and stuff but I have read thread after thread about this and guys either around my weight or even less take it and don't really complain about it being that bad. For the entire run, what would you suggest?

I think you should run a real steroid

haha, I'm sure you can figure it out

daa works, but it isn't going to increase test enough to promote gains. no test booster, ai, serm is going to do this.

cycle assist is a tried an true cycle assist product. there is no better option if you are concerned about your health.
people pre load these ingredients because adding in hawthorne can at first cause a increase in bp, and this on top of 17aa steroids, can cause some unwanted sides.
start early while not on steroids, allows the bp to settle so to speak.
cissus is for joints.

epistane for 6 weeks @ 40mg is fine, there is no reason to go 8 weeks.

erase is an ai that's good enough to control estgrogen. obviously there are more potent ai's.

don't ever just stop taking an aromatase inhibitor. you are going to cause some unwanted sides from estrogen rebound, regardless if it's a suicidal or non suicidal ai.

if you are noticing sides from low estrogen, cut dosage, me, I cut to e/o/d.

yup

You know exactly what I mean by "real" steroid
He wants to bulk up, he needs injectables not messing around with a few weeks of epistane

Read the actual study. And understand what it states. The article you posted understood what it meant.

Hint, it wasn't that daa doesn't work.

Which part are you referring to? It clearly states that it had no effect on serum hormones associated with the hypothalamo-pituitary-gonadal axis.

I'm thinking the part that it says there guys were young with normal to possibly high natural testosterone levels. This is the sad part of most studies. There is always a hole in it. Basically this study reads between the lines to say that it has worked on men with lower than normal test levels. Therefore it helps in PCT of for PCT after compounds like Ostarine. In such cases test levels will be almost nonexistent after AAS or really low anywhere from 0-200 after Osta. So it can possibly work. I know for me it's no placebo that back when I was dumb enough to believe in OTC pct, that when I discovered Sodium DAA my recovery/pumps was better, and the balls grew much quicker. Also this study doesn't say whether it was the sodium form and from what I read it's the only truly dependable version.

What does this DAA cost when you buy it "normally", aka powder instead of some marketed balonie?
I think the money would be better spent on clomid or a gonadotropin. Clomid for me was something outrageous like $5 for an entire pack.
I just think, "why". Especially as there is little evidence of it working at all. Until there is a study done on hypogonadal males I won't be buying it that's for sure

22$ for 100 servings. Yeah I love Clomid. But it's also not good for bones and such for extended periods. So if I'm off cycle I can run DAA all the time

I think 4 weeks of clomid therapy is probably enough
After steroid use, you'll never be 100% again. You'll get most of it back, but never quite the same
I've never heard of an endocrinologist prescribing DAA, I'll stick to their methods. If you're truly ****ed, then you need testosterone for sure

some people like it, some don't. I think it can be beneficial.
