I am entering offseason training and need advice on to transform my body. I have already began a semi/clean bulk diet because i need to add about 15-18 pounds but I am 6'7 292, I dont exacty have a six pack. I need to put on solid girth and gain strenght but it is vital I remain and hopefully increase my explosion. I realize that much weight will most likely slow me down, but remaining agile and athletic ,versues stiff, is most important. I was thinking test prop and winstrol.
I was considering doing:
WK 1-6 or 1-8 prop 100mg EOD
WK 1-6 or 3-8 Winstrol Tabs 50mg ED
but I have done research and found mixed reviews. What are some ideas out there for someone in my situation.
