info about me:
i'm 18 and i way about 186 lbs. i have been lifting for about a year and been on 3 different supplements, black powder, celltec hardcore and 100% whey protein. i just want to here what experienced people have to say.

thanks ethan
Jay Edit:You must be 21 to post in this section.

1) 21+ to post here
2) you should lift longer than 1 year before you do PH! I started PH after only 2 years of lifting and I feel like i started pretty early but i mean 2 SOLID years of lifting.
Take some more time and try out other supplements and diet i know you can bulk up higher than that i am the same height and broke 200 in the first year and then just kept going, eat eat eat....
3) learn a lot more about PH like WTF is 5 deca zol? I don't even know what that one is, some mixture of prostanozol and something else???

Lets clear this post up real quick

Ya just joined this month so you might not know this. Unreal Machine here knows everything there is to know about PH's...sooo if he hasnt heard of this pro hormone youre trying to take id burry it in the backyard and move houses. lol.

and as he stated, ppl need to stop trying to take the short route so early in their lifting careers. youre 18 and youve only been lifting for year? time to eat more and stay natural till your body has maxed out. I went from 114 lbs to 185 natural before touching phs. thats not easy work. i hate this easy road out crap that you young guys are taking.

alright im done now, im tired and cranky. didnt mean to flame lol.

what the gentlemen above are tying to say is, you have a lot more lifting to do and a little more age to gain before you try ph/ps/aas. simply put, earn your muscle. in the long run you will benefit from it greater than taking something now which might have a negitive impact on your future in lifting and other things you might be doing. you're 18, you're not going anywhere but up, there is no need to rush it. once you start a cycle there is no going back and until you've earned and reached your potential you will most likely keep your gains anyway. the way to keep your gains are haing enough experience in lifting and diet and understanding of how these compounds even work in your body and what will happen when you take them. your body is not even done growing naturally yet, give nature a chance, and give your body what it needs right now and that is rest, food and training. what your mind needs is a whole other area.

training is not simply putting a weight in your hand and lifting it. if you stick around you will learn very quickly about all i have mentioned
