I need a new stack, someone help me out??

I am 18 years old and I am getting ready to play college football next year. I weigh about 200 lbs and i bench 260, clean 245 and squat 370. I have taken a few differant pre workouts before (jack3d, superpump, and N.o xplod) the only one that worked for me was jack3d. My diet is pretty much pb n jays all day. Can somone give me a stack that would get me up to 205lbs in lean muscle mass?
 
I can see where you're coming from. Although at 18 you probably don't need a test booster i really don't see why you couldn't choose for yourself not to use one.

Obviously if you're drinking and eating good amounts of protein and supplementing Creatine, i don't see why you couldn't pick up something like the Swole Stack or the Asteroid Stack.
 
I just want to take normal supps like a pre workout, creatine, vitamins, protein , whats the best stuff to take for that

Pre wo I would go with Maniac, Creatine just basic mono is fine and I like ON whey protein.
 
Try stacking MAN Clout or Cre02 (both of which would help with both strength and endurance), with RPM, which increases aggression and strength like crazy, and improves your natural hormone profile to the anabolic.

You need to work on the diet more than anything. PB J's all day aren't going to cut it. More protein, more veggies, more whole food.
 
what should i be eating more of? like a good set diet thats easy to manage

At your age, if you cleaned up your diet, you would get the best results. You all ready have all the testosterone there, and if your workouts are solid, then just get your eating right and you'll see that extra 5-10 pounds you're looking for. How much protein are you getting in a day? Try and be at atleast 1.5x your body weight. So you'd want to get to 300g daily at least. Jelly is made with a LOT of sugar, which isn't helping you. If you're going to keep PB&J in your diet, clean it up and go with Natural PB and a natural fruit spread with no sugar added. It should make a pretty solid difference. Try and get your protein from whole foods like eggs, chicken, turkey, lean pork and beef, and before bed make sure you get some Casein protein in your system to absorb slowly as you sleep. Either through a powder or about a cup of cottage cheese right before you go to sleep. Make these changes and you'll definitely see results.

This. At this point, living on PBJs all day, adding supplements isn't the next step. Do you like turkey or chicken? Both of those are really high in protein and they are pretty versatile in that you can add them to just about anything and it still tastes pretty good. My diet is mainly chicken or turkey breast with some sort of veggie for most of my meals.

Anyway, definitely attempt to clean up your diet before worrying about supplements.
