3 years serious 4-5 days a week. Had a 7 month layoff (new job, life in general and just looking to get back into it with an edge)

Sat - chest, tri's, legs (all)
Sun- back, bi's, forearms
Tues - abs, run 5-10 miles (morning)
Wed- chest, tri's, legs (all)
Thurs - 5-10 miles (morning)
Fri - back, bi's, forearms
Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible):
5-10 miles (morning) x 2 a week
Current Supplements (exact brand/product name):
Muscle Milk
Basic Vitamin - Walmart
*just ordered Mass FX
Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible): 4000-4700 cals a day
Breakfast:
1 1/2 oats
2 whole eggs/ 6 egg whites
Toast
snack
protein shake with ground oats (two cups)/muscle milk
Lunch:
Pasta (2-3 cups)
or
Turkey/Tuna/Salmon sandwich on bagel & 2 cups rice or sweet potatoe
glass of milk
Snack
Peanut butter sandwich
Milk (skim)
Workout
Protein shake mixed in High simple carb
Dinner
Chicken or Fish or Turkey with Rice
Snack
Oats and protein shake /muscle milk
before bed large glass of milk with muscle milk added.
Current Daily water intake: 1-1.5 gallons
Short Term Goal: pack on about 10-15lbs before the end of may.
Long Term Goal: have a nice well rounded body
ANY and ALL Prescription / Non-Prescription / Recreational drugs: none.. don't even drink
