Well, you know when you flex and you just care about how your abs will look, well, I was using my hand as a resistance, to help flex the abs better, but my hand wasn't flat on my leg. I don't know if that makes sense. My hand was on my leg. :icon_lol:

Makes sense...still looks a little gay though....

Looks like your hand is giving a little resistance to another part of your physique...:)
 
Usually they produce poor logs with little detail and do not abide by the guidelines set forth in the terms listed.

3 years serious 4-5 days a week. Had a 7 month layoff (new job, life in general and just looking to get back into it with an edge)

Sat - chest, tri's, legs (all)
Sun- back, bi's, forearms
Tues - abs, run 5-10 miles (morning)
Wed- chest, tri's, legs (all)
Thurs - 5-10 miles (morning)
Fri - back, bi's, forearms

Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible):
5-10 miles (morning) x 2 a week

Current Supplements (exact brand/product name):
Muscle Milk
Basic Vitamin - Walmart

*just ordered Mass FX

Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible): 4000-4700 cals a day
Breakfast:
1 1/2 oats
2 whole eggs/ 6 egg whites
Toast

snack
protein shake with ground oats (two cups)/muscle milk

Lunch:
Pasta (2-3 cups)
or
Turkey/Tuna/Salmon sandwich on bagel & 2 cups rice or sweet potatoe
glass of milk

Snack
Peanut butter sandwich
Milk (skim)

Workout

Protein shake mixed in High simple carb

Dinner
Chicken or Fish or Turkey with Rice

Snack
Oats and protein shake /muscle milk

before bed large glass of milk with muscle milk added.

Current Daily water intake: 1-1.5 gallons

Short Term Goal: pack on about 10-15lbs before the end of may.

Long Term Goal: have a nice well rounded body

ANY and ALL Prescription / Non-Prescription / Recreational drugs: none.. don't even drink

Supplement history (as much detail as possible):
Superdrol, Perfect PCT, Retain, Rebound XT, Vitamins, Protein shakes, Nitrox by Scifit, Multiple Herbs, Animal Pak...I'm sure there's more..

Been training for around 7 years. Was doing Mike Webster program for quite some time to get my maxes up, but now onto Doggcrapp Training. I'm more of a power-lifter, rather than a bodybuilder, as of right now.

Doggcrapp training.
Monday: Chest, Shoulders, Triceps, Back Width, Back Thickness
Wednesday:Biceps, Forearms, Quads, Hams, Calves
Friday: Chest, Shoulders, Triceps, Back Width, Back Thickness


Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible): Running one day a week during bulking right now. Approximately 5 miles in 30 minutes

Current Supplements (exact brand/product name):
Cytogainer by Cytosport
Animal Pak by Universal

Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible):
Very High Protein, only complex carbs and only in morning/afternoon (no carbs 4 hours before bedtime...I have a different schedule than most...I sleep from 6PM-2AM) and the majority of fats come from Olive Oil, Fish, and Flaxseed Oil

I don't really count my protein grams after I reach 500 grams in one day...carbs, I also don't really count, I just stop eating them when I'm supposed to...fats 60-90grams, mainly in evening and from my morning eggs

Current Daily water intake: 1 - 1.25 gallon's of water a day

Short Term Goal: Bulking for another year...would like to get to decent 235 before a cut. Continue on getting stronger every work out

Long Term Goal: To be 240-255 lbs. at 8 or 9% bodyfat

ANY and ALL Prescription / Non-Prescription / Recreational drugs: I go out and have a few drinks twice a month. No other recreational drugs, nor any prescription meds.

Supplement history (as much detail as possible): I have ran one Superdrol cycle in March of 2006. Nothing hormonal since then. Creatine and BCAA's are the usuals

Focusing hard on diet and training right at the start of your trial will also alter your percieved results from the supplement. Ive done this before too-get all excited about testing a product so I make damn sure to get all my food in and train 5 days a week. Is the sudden explosion of growth and strength from the supp or just renewed focus on the essentials?

For an accurate log, ramp up your diet and training 2-3 weeks before you start taking the supplement you're going to test.

It's just a matter of time before your hooked on AX. I'm amazed with the results I've got with AX products in the past! Future products can only take us to the next level.

Macedaddy, just wondering if the dosing protocol is going to be on the bottle or if you will tell us each a different way to dose it.
 
you will all dose the same......4 per dya spread out with meals. These instructions will also be on the bottle. We may have additional dosing instructions in the future based on weight, but for now, it is 4 per dya for everyone....

So do we just do 4 every day till the bottles done, or towards the end do we need to say cycle off.. 2/3 for so many days, then down to 1. Just wondering cause.. it seems like it would be such a shock to your system after taking 4 a day to just stop.

No, not that much man. I guess you could, but it wouldn't make a huge diff. Your body will just slowly re adjust.
