Training experience (as much detail as possible):Two years personal exp in the gym with 6 months of continued education classes in personal training, worked as a personal trainer for Rush Fitness Complex.
Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible):
Monday; Shoulder press, DB press, Side laterals, Rear Delt Flys, Shrugs and crunches super set with obique lifts.
Tuesday; Five min treadclimber, squats, leg press super set with seated calve raise, leg ext super set with lying hamstring curl and standing calve raise.
Wed; Five min rowing machine (cardio), wide grip lat pulldowns, t-bar, close grip seated cable rows, long bar curls, cable hammer curls and reverse grip forearm curls.
Thurs;Bench press, incline DB press, cable flys, tricep rope push downs, tricep rope overhead pullovers and crunchs super set with oblique lifts.
Fri;Five min treadclimber, squats, deadlift, leg ext super set with standing calve raise, lying leg curls super set with seated calve press.
Sat; long bar curls, dumbell curls, reverse forearm curls and long bar forearm curls.
Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible):just on leg day and back days as a five min warmup. Cardio sucks! I am trying to put on MASS!
Current Supplements (exact brand/product name): Syntha 6, True Mass by BSN and Halovar by Purus labs.
Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible):7 a.m. double Syntha 6 with 1% milk 2 cups- two slices of whole wheat cin and raisin bread with 1 cup of 100% pure orange juice (not from concentrate). Then workout at about 8:30 a.m. til about 9:45 maybe 10:a.m.11 am -12 pm At least 80 grams of complex carbs, and fifty grams of protein, unlike breakfast it varies. I will have this same meal (or carb and protein makeup) again at 3 p.m., 6 p.m. and again at 9 p.m. and usually one more time at 11 p.m. as I am going to bed. Sundays, I cheat a little with maybe biscuit and gravy or something like that.
Current Daily water intake:60 to 80 ounces of water, I know I need more but it seems like I already spend all day and night going pee!
Short Term Goal:to enter my first competition at 180 lbs clean weight!
Long Term Goal: 230 lbs with no more than 8% body fat!
ANY and ALL Prescription / Non-Prescription / Recreational drugs:Musinex for last couple of days, been sick.
Supplement history (as much detail as possible): Past couple of years just used the mass stack from BSN, Syntha 6 protein shakes, True Mass weight gainer supplement shakes between meals, Axis Ht, Nitrix, Cell Mass and No Xplode. Tried fat burners here and there but the best thing happened when I got my diet right about two and a half months ago, gave up any idea of a fat burner and decided to focus on mass.
