That is actually the plan as its high carb day, post w almond milk mixed w Cinnabon protein so it tastes like those gooey orange cinnamon rolls...those are insane.

I get 75 grams of carbs from a sweet cereal post workout. My go to is 3.5 cups Cookie Crisps!!!! I eat it dry to keep the fats away from it so I don't slow it down at all. Thinking of making a vanilla protein shake and tossing the cereal in it and blending it up to see how that works out.
Although now I am contemplating switching to PB Captain Crunch!!!!
Well, that was a very delicious periWO protocol, but I have to say I worked for it today! 2.5 hours of clangin' - 10 work sets on the bench, not counting 5 warmups. Also turned the weight up on the 3 compound accessories.

Main bench work, incline dbs, rows and skulls were all volume or weight PRs. Maybe it's the Hercules, or maybe I'm just willing myself to be stronger, but I am progressing.
Great session Hyde! Looked like a lot of fun. So you did the mix with the cinnabon protein? I have never had cinnamon and orange together. Sounds odd but also probably very good.

Yes, and got it to nearly the same consistency as cinnamon roll glaze. Mixed in 2 cups of the Orange Capn and it was crazy good for my preWO. Salted Gatorade intra (I don't like to spend my carbs this way but it's essential on the Predator days) and ended up with 2.5-3 cups of Jasmine rice with chicken breast and buffalo sauces post. Ate some more Capn later behind my greens meal. Ended with ~400 carbs, under 175 protein and 50 fat.

When you do your chicken breast with the buffalo sauces how do you prepare it? I have tried just putting the sauce over a cooked breast and did not enjoy that at all.
So good. I always bake my chicken on foil-covered sheets; no cleanup vs boiling or crockpot. When I'm about to eat I take out my portion and pull it with a fork or chop it with a knife, heat it in the microwave w the pre-cooked rice, and add the sauce after and mix it all up. So the rice is orange and flavored as well.
Man I'm so simple. I buy Burman's Hot Sauce at Aldi for 87 cents a bottle or occasionally Sweet Baby Ray's wing sauce if I want it thicker. But as long as it tastes like red pepper and vinegar, I'm happy lol
That's awesome that the product is healing you up so much! But please don't tempt fate by doing triceps without your cuffs! It's really not worth it. I skipped heavy extensions until I got my sleeves, might as well enjoy the blessing but keep paying down on your insurance, if you know what I mean.
It really may be helping. That is probably a sound choice - plus, the cuffs let me cheat!
Yeah, I am to the point I have to start putting my cuffs back on for bench. At least in training to keep my elbows happy.

Lol I'm pretty sure I would have even been kicked out for my top sets of belt squat at Planet Fitness! I had my iPod in my teeth since the harness blocks my pockets and my hands were on the handles, so every breath was lunk status
This gym is so good. Good ac, every machine possible, they encourage chalk, tons of racks and bars and 3 pulling platforms, specialty bars.
There is just something "FUN" about a gym like that !!
You particularly would enjoy it, not only is there a lot of hotties in general but always a handful on gear around too. Some pretty built chicks!
