Well gang today was the final day on Preworkout and Epicatechin. Had a tank on for the pressing session today and was sporting some great vascularity with the performance to back it up. Only had an hour but got some awesome work in.

Been pausing my 5/3/1 sets lately and 270x4 was cake despite this; I could have done it for 6 touch n go as I actually pressed the 5th solo but had to pop my butt off the low bench we were using to do so. Strength continued to surprise me as the 245 spotos were just so powerful and easily controlled.
All my lifts are up over the last month, I look big as ever, and have only gained maybe 2lbs these last 4 weeks. I will post my full review soon but I am very pleased with my results.
