I think so too!
Thanks gents. Once the last little bit of gauze washes off we’ll get a better look at what the scar will be.
I think so too!
02/12/19 - Day 14 of PCT, Day 2 of Rehab
Bodyweight 224.4
Had a big movement last night but felt like I ate a good amount too - did not expect another 2.5lb drop overnight. Decided on 10mg Ostarine yesterday as well.
This morning did about 20 min of band work for right upper body, felt like a waking limb!
About 2x25 each: Hammer Curls, Tri ext, Curls, Pec Flyes, OHP Press, Side Laterals, Rear Laterals, Rows w/ various small bands
Then massaged my left arm and did therapy - a huge progress from yesterday I felt.
What supps are you using besides osta? BPC, MK TB-500?

Kind of wild doing the SSB squats but then again, if there is a squat bar you can use with 1 or even no hands that is it!

Nice session! Those Db rows flat or on an incline?
slow down...there's not enough room for 2 of us at 165.
You feeling okay? I dont know a Hyde that wanted to to be less than 200 in the years ive known you. Thought you wanted to be a beefy gorilla?
you know me too well bro! This is very temporary. Wedding is 3 months away, can’t train upper body for real, I could lose some fat - it’s a good time for a reset before I start putting mass back on in the second half of the year.you know me too well bro! If you say so man, it doesnt seem like dropping 30 lbs is conducive to your long term goals or at least my understanding of them. Maybe ~210, but 260 and yoked is a long way from 198. I know you are well calculated with all your decisions though so do you brotha.
You ain’t lyin. I LOVE syntha-6 .. if you look at the fat content it’s relatively close to OG muscle milk.
My wife loved mixing the banana and chocolate cake batter lol
Impressive DB overhead presses!
I have been able to strict press 70s for 10-11 reps, but I was working with short rests on shoulders, and man doing just one arm with no counterbalance is tough! Happy overall
I bet the peeps at the gym are eyeballing you. The crazy fugger with his arm in a sling working out! Awesome dedication here!
It is awesome to see you enjoying your workouts while injured. It is one thing to just stick to doing them. It is another to be able to enjoy them and not feel as though you are settling.
Yeah I really have been enjoying my gym time. Everybody is making gains and life is good!
I truly wish I had a nice group of people to train with. I can't imagine how much more motivating it is to have a supporting group of people around to work out with. Especially when you are injured that is when it seems that having a supportive group of people around would REALLY be beneficial! Even when I didn't want to train I would want to see and support my group and when i got there I would inevitably want to train.
Met with the surgeon and he said everything is looking very good! Gave me a couple nifty new rehab movements to work in, and when I go back in 3 weeks I will get considerably more aggressive stretching movements (I also think I may be losing the brace at that time).
Good news from the surgeon boss. Good to see you doing cardio belt squats in the meantime.
Thank you all for the support - I have been loving training lately, and loving the progress with my bicep!
Yeah, basically something they all do at Westside and Wenning’s Ludus Magnus now, love or hate. I usually crank up some metal and try to mentally dive headfirst into the burn! Work capacity is on the rise for sure.
Same. I wish more gyms around me would invest in belt squat machines.Love the mindset, and jealous of your access to a belt squat...as ive repeated at least a dozen times over the years.
isn't the Reverse SSB FS supposed to be somewhat easier? ...sure doesn't look like fun.

I know! It makes it so hard for me to find a place to train out here some times. That’s what I always assumed! But I was way wrong. It’s a nightmare to get in and out of the yoke, and the bar (just like on your back) sticks out further from your center of gravity. Only thing in its favor is ease of breathing.
The problem is all these plebs at the commercial gym have no idea what it is, so they don’t use it! The smith machine gets infinitely more use.
