Took 1 cap on wake. Delts burnt out good with a lot of volume. Things are looking a whole lot better. Delts heads look freaky. Nice aggression in gym and feel on top of everything. Mood still high.
 
DAY 26- LEGS

DB squat 120s 3 sets -10 reps
Leg Press 45x8,9,10 plates each side -2 set per plate- 6 set total -10-12 reps
Vertical leg press 5 plates -3 sets 10-12 reps
Charles Glass Single legged Leg press(this is one legged side tilt leg press-targets outer sweep)- 2x45 each side-3 sets 10 reps
Leg extension- to failure

HAMS

standing leg curls- 35,40,45,50- 3 sets 10-20 reps
Laying leg curls - 80,70,60,50,40,30 - 10-12 reps 6 sets
clean deadlift 1x45 -10-20 reps -3 sets

Took 1 cap on wake. Leg workout was great. Leaning out in legs and feeling a lot tighter due to this. Quad sweep coming in and ham also leaning out and more separation. Leg already sore and rest tomorrow.
 
DAY 28- FULL REST

Taking 2 caps now- one on wake and one bedtime. I will watch this carefully and if any bad sides happen I will immediately drop it back to one cap. I have a lot of history with osta and have never gone this high a dose- so should be interesting to say the less.

Taking 2 caps now. Arms workout was great and pump came on fast..just kept riding it and soon got into a good zone. Been using a PWO now and on top of osta I am kicking ass. I have not however tried FN -Hercules-have heard good thing and hope to try it out.
 
DAY 28- FULL REST

Taking 2 caps. Back workout was good. Feeling more of a thermo effect with the 2 caps. Sweating a lot more. But other than that no sides yet. Went heavier on back and this is due to a nice strength increase..nothing crazy be a small increase..mainly due to aggression feeling in gym.

Taking 2 caps. Not much to note. Just focusing on abs contractions and adding mass to calves.

Taking 2 caps. Delts hit with volume. Workout have been great. Get into a nice zone and strength up and rest b/t set also less than 20sec. Head on all delts have improved. I feel that bulkier feeling.

Taking 2 caps on bedtime. Arms workout was great.pump came on fast. Arms have leaned out ,but appear fuller. The leaning out is more on 2 caps than 1. Aggression still high and no sides- except some added body heat.

Taking 2 caps on bedtime. Went to gym in night due to work. PWO not used-too late in the day for PWO. Even without PWO...I am feeling great...aggression is there and that is all I need to get it done. Been seeing slight strength increases and also endurance increase is more notable-rest b/t set sometime under 10-15 sec.
 
DAY 39-ABS AND CALVES

Taking 2 caps on wake. Abs and calves hit good. 2 caps..heating up more and but feeling in high mood.

Taking 2 caps on wake. Back workout was great. Upper lat muscle cramping up. Took in some vit/mineral and some BCAA powder. But killing it in the gym and feeling high mood and strong.
 
DAY 51-ABS and Calves

Taking 2 caps on wake. Inner-upper lat still tight. It feels like I am on clen. This is the same muscle that cramps up on clen. Will watch it for a few days.
