First a big thanks to Focused Nutrition and Marms for allowing me the chance to log 1 bottle of Osta Elite.

History: I have a long history with Ostarine. I ran it back in the days when only RC company had it. I also ran IML Osta RX and Blackstone Ostapure. What is different about Osta Elite is that one cap has 25mg and there are 90 caps. The other brands don't-you got to take more than one cap to get to 25mg. I have been a bber for about 19 years now. I lasted this long, simply because I love it!!!

Dosage: So One cap=25mg per day for 90 days

Current stats as of 8/4/2015- Age: 39 weight:229 height:5'6 BF:uncertain

Diet: 6 meals per day -carbs low and protein high and some fats.

Other sups: fish oil, pre workout, post workout whey shake.

Goals- just recomp at this time

Training- simple- one muscle group per day and 6 day on and one day off.

Mood has been good and no mood swings and no other sides. But having some good aggression in the gym.

Gave me a nice pickup and did some damage to legs. Leaning out still and feel hotter, like I am taking a thermo product. Aggression still high but able to keep cool at home.

Took 1 cap on wake. Back workout was solid..been increasing weight and strength is up a lot. Recovery also great and allow be to hit harder without a lot of soreness. Aggression is high and workouts are much easier. Toward the end it feel I just did a few set-but in fact I did a whole routine .

Osta should never be ran as PCT or during for that matter. Will only cause further suppression along with other unwanted sides.

If anything, try out the ingredient in ep1c unleashed. I don't know much about it so I can't give you much info on it. There's also hmb. Hmb has a lot of research behind it saying it is very good at preventing musle catabolism

People have ran as high as 75mg/ed and reported no sides during the cycle but I seriously wouldn't recommend over 1 cap/25mg a day. My experience was that 25mg daily was enough.

The whole 25mg of 1capsule is all MK-2866, all one compound not multi..so if you feel good with no sides at some point you could start taking 50mg if you wanted to experiment. At least you would know the sides came from increased dosage.

Took 1 cap on wake. Not much to note. Abs area looking more leaner and added mass to calves-which tend to be a weak area.
