Taking 2 caps on wake. To thing slow today. Focused on squeezing the Quad and hams. Ever two weeks are so, I focus on contractions. Great way to develop the mind-muscle connection. Going heavy all the time tend to get old for me.

Taking 2 caps on wake. So far its been a great ride. No sides. Just some general increase in temp-similar to a fat burner product.

ez curl bar 1x45- 3 set- 10 reps
Alt DB curls 40,45,50 - 3 set- 10 reps
Concentration Curls- 40 then 20 - 3 set- 10 reps
Hammer preacher curls 25 - 3 set- 10 reps
Overhead curls - 30,40,50 -3 set- 10 reps
Preacher curl machine - 1x45 -3 set- 10 reps

Triceps
Bar press down then reverse curl 40,50,60 - 3 set- 20 reps
Dip machine - 1x45 - 3 set- 10-15 reps
Close grip Bench wide bar- 1x45- 4 set- 10 reps
Cable tricep back kicks 15,20,30 3 set- 10 reps

Taking 2 caps on wake. Got to gym in morning-no work. So I did a lot more volume. Pump came on fast and pump has been above average for whole run of osta. Endurance has spiked high....rest b/t set 15sec or less. Feeling strong still....

hammer strength chest press 1x45 each side - so one arm first and then second arm then both arms - total 30 reps - 3 set- saw hidetada yamagishi do this on MD and just wanted to try it out- great for pump
DB flat press 90- 3 sets 10 reps
DB flys flat- 65-3 set 10-15 reps
hammer strength incline press 2x45 each side- 3 sets 10 reps
flat BB chest press 2x45 each side - 3 set 10 reps - 10 sec b/t set
incline bb chest press 1x45 each side -3 set 10 reps - 10 sec b/t set
cable cross overs 40,50,60,70 -4 sets- 10-12 reps
Pec Fly machine 70,80,90 - 3 set 10-12 reps

Taking 2 caps on wake. Focused more on high rep work. Chest pump was awesome. Aggression still high..making lifting very effortless.

How's the eating & sleeping been with the 50mg of Osta? Any sides in that area. Was wondering if you have been sleeping better or worse since you started the 50 mg

no problems with sleep...appetite is on the low side. I am able to get my meals in...but have no desire to cheat.

Rope Lat Pull Down 40,50,60,70 4 sets- 10-20 reps
Hammer strength Lat Pull Down wide 3x45 each side - 3 set 10 reps
iso-lateral back rows wide- 4x45 each side -3 set 10 reps
Lat Pull down bar- rest on static-straight up pull 160,180,200- 3 set 10 reps
T-bar row- 2,3,4x45- 3 sets 10 reps then 2x45 rest on static -2 sets 10 reps
Back row machine- 120,140,160 -3 sets 10 reps
Lat pullover machine 4x35 -rest on static - 3 set 10 to 20 reps

Taking 2 caps on wake. Back hit hard. So far no sides..some tired feeling now and then..which I can't really say is osta or just my 12 hours shifts at work. But mood high and feeling overall good.

Final Review.

Had a lot of fun running Osta Elite. I have used so many osta products and this one does not disappoint. I did one month at 1cap=25 mg and then one month of 2caps=50mg. I started leaning out about 1 week in. Then at 50mg I leaned out alittle more. I did not see much improvement b/t 25 and 50 mg. Both doses gave me good aggression in the gym. Strength and endurance spiked high. I was lifting heavier by 10-20lbs. Also getting in more reps and rest b/t sets was very low. At 50mg you do have slight lethargic feeling-but no where compared to anabolics.

If I had to do it over again I would just run at 1cap=25mg for 90 days. Osta Elite is one of the cheap and best dosed Osta out there. Just wake up and take in a cap. This is good quality and purity and worked as well as any of the other Osta I have used for many years. As I am writing this SARMS are probably going to be banned. The law sucks!!!!

No way.no bunk product here. I have a long history of ostarine use and know that the results I got are typical of ostarine. This is a great SARM. But don't expect steroid gains..thats not going to happen.
