Pull Downs 3 x 5 with 240lbs
CG cable Rows: 3 x 5 with four 275lbs
BICEPS
BB Curls: 3 x 5 with 105lbs, 115lbs, 135lbs
Alt DB Curl: 3 x 5 with 45, 50, 55.. couldve went heavier, will next time
DB Hammer Curls: 3 x 5 with 60, 70, 80
TRAPS
BB Shrugs: 3 x 5 with 455. nice hard pause/squeeze at the top of each rep.
REAR DELTS
Rear Delt Fly Machine: 3 x 5 with 220lbs
NOTES:Overall a damn fine workout, just wish i had a reliable training partner to push me a bit more.
