Incline HQ Machine: 3 x 5 with 95lb per side 1 x 20 with 30lbs per side
Flat HQ Machine: 3 x 5 with 405lbs 1 x 20 with 225lbs
Pec Deck Fly: 3 x 20 with 110lbs
TRICEPS
CGBP: 3 x 5 with 225 1 x 20 with 135
Weighted Dips: 3 x 5 with BW+75lbs 1 x 20 with BW (goal was 20 got 17)
Press Downs: 3 x 20 with 60lbs
SHOULDERS
DB Side Raise:3 x 5 with 40,50,60 1 x 20 with 20lbs
Smith Machine Behind Neck Press: 3 x 5 with 215lbs 1 x 20 with 75lbs.. goal was 20 got 15
Hammer Shoulder Press: 3 x 20 with 35lbs per side
NOTES: the pump was incredible. Skin felt like it was going to split open. VEINS everywhere
