Grabbed my MM and Dpol, downed them then off to do work! Today was lighter weight with higher reps. Man im already sore as hell.


CHEST

Incline HQ Machine: 3 x 10-12 with 50lb per side 1 x 20 with 30lbs per side
*this is a really strange machine, its an incline press but feels kinda like a fly and press mixed. Heavy weight on this baby is HARD to do.

Flat HQ Machine: 3 x 10-12 with 275lbs 1 x 20 with 225lbs

Pec Deck Fly: 3 x 20 with 110lbs


TRICEPS

CGBP: 3 x 10 with 155, 185, 185 1 x 20 with 135

Weighted Dips: 3 x 10 with BW+25lbs 1 x 20 with BW (goal was 20 got 14)

Press Downs: 3 x 20 with 60lbs


SHOULDERS

DB Side Raise:3 x 10 with 35lbs 1 x 20 with 20lbs
*super Set
Bands Side Raise 3 x 10

Standing DB Press: 3 x 10 with 35lbs (i hate these!)

Smith Machine Behind Neck Press: 3 x 10 with 105lbs 1 x 20 with 65lbs
*shoulders were so damn fried i couldnt go any heavier!


NOTES: As much as I hate high reps today was flipping awesome. I felt great, pump was insane and veins poppin all over!

BACK

Low Hammer Row: 3 x 15 with 275lbs

CG Pull Downs 3 x 15 with 120lbs
*Super Set
Stiff Arm Pull Downs 3 x 15 with 80lbs

CG Tbar Rows: 3 x 12-15 with four 45lb plates (i assume 225 with bar weight)


BICEPS

BB Curls: 3 x 12-15 with 85lbs

Alt DB Curl: 3 x 12 with 30, 35, 40

DB Hammer Curls: 3 x 15 with 40, 45, 50


TRAPS

Machine Shrugs: 3 x 15 with 225. nice hard pause/squeeze at the top of each rep.






NOTES: A damn fine workout, slowly making progress and feeling stronger. The pump was insane!

Today was high rep leg day. I hate high reps but my legs love it and respond to it best. I just wish I enjoyed higher reps more, these babies suck.


QUADS

**warm up 4 x 20 with 60lbs on leg ext. then stretch.

BB Squat: 3 x 20 with 185, 205, 225 (got 17 with 225 and felt like i was going to pass out lol)

Leg Press: 3 x 20 with 405lbs


HAMS

Lying Leg Curl: 3 x 20 with 60lbs

1 Leg Lunges (1 leg on bench) 3 x 15 with BW+ 50lbs


CALVES

Seated Calf Raise 3 x 15 with 150lbs
*Super Set
Donkey Calf Raise 3 x 15 with 175lbs


NOTES: Felt great but man these high rep days kick my ass hard. Today was my refeed day, i always look forward to this day lol

Heavy chest / shoulder / triceps day. Felt really good and really strong and took full advantage of it!

Incline HQ Machine: 3 x 5 with 95lb per side 1 x 20 with 30lbs per side

Flat HQ Machine: 3 x 5 with 405lbs 1 x 20 with 225lbs

Pec Deck Fly: 3 x 20 with 110lbs


TRICEPS

CGBP: 3 x 5 with 225 1 x 20 with 135

Weighted Dips: 3 x 5 with BW+75lbs 1 x 20 with BW (goal was 20 got 17)

Press Downs: 3 x 20 with 60lbs


SHOULDERS

DB Side Raise:3 x 5 with 40,50,60 1 x 20 with 20lbs

Smith Machine Behind Neck Press: 3 x 5 with 215lbs 1 x 20 with 75lbs.. goal was 20 got 15

Hammer Shoulder Press: 3 x 20 with 35lbs per side



NOTES: the pump was incredible. Skin felt like it was going to split open. VEINS everywhere :)

TRAPS

BB Shrugs: 3 x 5 with 455. nice hard pause/squeeze at the top of each rep.


REAR DELTS

Rear Delt Fly Machine: 3 x 5 with 220lbs





NOTES:Overall a damn fine workout, just wish i had a reliable training partner to push me a bit more.

NOTES: Not having a training partner on leg day sucks. Its frustrating but i give 100%.
