Day 11 120mcg clen

Nice and shaky today lol....wanted to do hiit in the morning but I deff felt my legs after yesterdays 30mins of squating lol...today was super setting back and chest....felt good had 800 cals for pre workout and 100 grams of carbs almost so my total for today will be 120 carbs 80 fat and 200 protein and around 2k calories...going to start tampering down my clen tomorrow to 100mcg and then Thursday drop it and add TT 33 and erase pro with 1 cap of lean xtreme for 2 weeks then back to clen while keeping the TT33 going as well....still looking fat lol but it's only been 11 days it's not like the world was built in under a week or anything lol
 
Day 12 100 mcg clen diet spot on...did arms and wore a wife beater to the gym lol omg I looked great even I have to admit

Day 13 80mcg clen low carbs today...ate a steak and shrimp...suppose to be an off day but ended up doing Hiit in the am then went to the gym and squatted for 10 set lol took me 35 mins then did some calfs...I hope squats are really all they are cracked up to be

Chest n tris today going to carb up a little today...so my weight...yeah it's at 186 :) so that's 6 pounds I lost I'm hoping it's like 2lbs of water 3lbs of water and 1lb of muscle will update pics tomorrow

Day 15 erase pro tt33

Got stuck doing overtime at work so today and tomorrow will be off days cals are good today brought chicken and hamburger to work :) I'll get pics up tomorrow
 
Yeah buddy keep it up and to be honest 1lb of muscle can be retrieved in about a week.

Day 16 erase pro tt33 slin sane

Off day do to work but did do cardio at work sprinting after 3 guys who shop lifted so I had a nice workout lol walked a lot today and with all this gear including my vest it's rough lol ate a double meat grilled chicken salad from sheets yum good stuff pics will be up tomorrow as will my current weight

Arrest them and fingerprint them lol and check their criminal history since in pa shoplifting is a building offense and gets a higher charge every time you do it :)

Day 24 erase pro tt33

Have on order dexaprine and my Iforce protean (yum) going to wait until I get rid of a little belly fat before I do my last 2 week cycle of clen so it might be 2-3 more weeks until I jump in clen again for 2 weeks then it's time to start RS transderm then HELLA woot woot lol...I have erase pro but only 10 pills left so I'm going to run EOD and on days I don't take it I'll be taking reduce xt....so today was my second day off in a row due to work was at 50 carbs and 250 protein and the rest fat so feeling a tad flat but AM faster cardio should be good for tomorrow morning then I'm killing 100 grams of carbs 1.5 hours before my workout with slin sane of course lol
 
Day 25 tt33 erase pro
Today was back and chest...felt very lethargic today at the gym....lifts were good since I carbed up just get tired of having all this belly fat and getting really anxious to get on hella but I know it will look better being on it if I'm at a lower bf so the cut continues...still 187 which is weird since my cals are always 2000 and I carb cycle but I do look a bit leaner...I'll be able to tell in a few days when I update my pics again to my four week progression pics so I'm hoping I see even a little difference

Did arms today for fun figured its better then an off day lol so ate tons of carbs early and took two scoops of Hemavol and threw on a wife beater just for fun :) here is my "airborne" pic lol I know I'm not huge per say but for being 23 n never touching so much as a PH I did pretty good getting my body in a great spot to finally start the dark side

Not holding onto a lot of fat at all.... Lighting is not the best, but I can definitely see muscle!

May skip the Fat Smack and get some clen.

Day 27 erase pro TT33

So today is normally an off day but I kinda wanted to cheat a little since I haven't at all since I started but after realizing it wasn't really cheating I was happy I guess...I ended up getting a lumberjack slam at Denny's omg it was fantastic but I think from not eating sweets in so long my taste buds changed a bit bc the pancakes with syrup seems way to sweet and I couldn't eat them all....anyway woke up did some bedroom HIIT cardio with the gf then did fasted sprints :) later on hit up the gym just to do squats bc I wanted to lol I ended up doing 135 for warm up and 7 sets later I was at 265 for 10 reps then did some standing calf raises with 315 then went home and had my protean :) RVC and VMS yum.... Only note I had some horrible pain above my knee like directly above it so idk what that was but I got some Keto so I'm going to start clen tomorrow and run it 3-4 weeks depends on how I look then I'll start the transderm then hella...my goal is a 6 pack before I start hella but it seems like my belly fat is still untouched

Day 28 1mg of Keto last night 40mcg clen erase pro tt33

Chest n tris today so I'm still making altercations to my cycle lol guess since it's my first I want it to be perfect lol so I'm going to do clen 3 weeks straight with 1mg of Keto (which tastes like poison) every night with erase pro for another few days then reduce xt and tt33 for four weeks but anyway I was thinking of this....tired of this damn belly fat not moving I hate it

Day 29 60mcg clen 1mg Keto erase pro tt33

Woke up..,,stared at my gut in the mirror and called my self fat every way I could think of for 10 mins this morning....figured it may motivate me but who knows so did back and bis today felt pretty good doing 135lb BB back rows for 12 reps which is a PR....looking a tad leaner in my neck and shoulders but still not an ounce of fat from my belly....I only eat carbs when I first wake up pre and post workout but never go over 150g.....guess I just have a ton of BF and losing it isn't noticeable yet...I heard going from 15-16%bf to 12-13% isn't that noticeable its when you get below 12% that every little .5% is really noticeable so I'm going to keep pounding it out another 3 weeks on clen and Keto and hope for the best before I start my transaderm....I will update pics in 2 weeks

15% to 12% is not noticeable.
 
Day 30 60mcg clen 1mg Keto tt33 reduce xt

Off day today worked then came home and now about to watch Elmo with my daughter lol sipped on a 2 scoop vanilla mint swirl protean shake with 10 oz 2% milk it was so good to just sip on it and enjoy it lol my only carbs today were so oats in the morning and a mini bagel with some natty pb. Rest of my food was all meat and eggs....tomorrow is legs and shoulders so should be good...only day 3 of clen but I can deff feel the shakes wearing off from 60mcg already so I will be bumping up fairly quick this round
