Day 11 120mcg clen
Nice and shaky today lol....wanted to do hiit in the morning but I deff felt my legs after yesterdays 30mins of squating lol...today was super setting back and chest....felt good had 800 cals for pre workout and 100 grams of carbs almost so my total for today will be 120 carbs 80 fat and 200 protein and around 2k calories...going to start tampering down my clen tomorrow to 100mcg and then Thursday drop it and add TT 33 and erase pro with 1 cap of lean xtreme for 2 weeks then back to clen while keeping the TT33 going as well....still looking fat lol but it's only been 11 days it's not like the world was built in under a week or anything lol
