Day 85

Workout: chest tris...great workout just felt so swole all day and then killed it at the gym did 225lb bench 12 reps no spot then did 10 reps with 250lbs

Diet: little odd today...it was great with concerns to high protein and lower cals but around 9 pm I felt like weak and just hungry like weird hungry so I checked my cals and I only put away 1500 at that point with no carbs so I ate 150g of carbs...mostly oatmeal and Baled crackers...I feel much better now

Notes: great day! Very happy with my picture I took tho I must admit tonight's pin hurt like a mother ****er!!! Omg idk why but wow it hurt lol tho I just laughed after words bc I'm a pain addict deep down :p tomorrow will be like my 8th day in a row then I'm taking Sunday off to rest
 
Congrats you have convinced me to do a 12 week test with 4 week kickstart cycle. Only you Ricky can be so motivating to make me stab myself with bigger needles. Your lats are so big it makes Hiroshima look like a firecracker.


Day 85

Top pic is week 3 into my cycle and the bottom was yesterday week 12 of my 15 week cycle....so there is only a 9 week gap between the pics and 4 weeks were a recomp and 2 of those weeks were a cut so how I gained that much mass boggles me...maybe I have really sensitive receptors? Idk but all this work is finally paying off...just wanted to show people side by side incase you didn't wanna go back and see my pics...I only wish I had a front double bi pre cycle damn

Its not overly sensitive receptors as much as its you're first cycle. I hate to sound like a downer but you wont gain like this again. I say up the dosage and keep killing it

Deff broski...going to do 750mg next cycle with sd kicker and epi finisher then tren A for my 3rd cycle...thanks tho I know it's not a downer it's been a great cycle thanks brother

Just some notes: Might have a modeling agent interested in me...we are setting up something on wed to see how "the camera treats me" and if all goes well I'm going to end up with a few small fitness modeling gigs so even though I never get my hopes up this has boosted my confidence and gave me a nice push in the gym and the kitchen

Workout: off day sadly so just a 2 mile jog

Diet: just chicken...green veggies and protein shakes and almonds all day for a total of 1800 cals

Notes: woke up late today so I couldn't hit up the gym so I was mad but tomorrow ill kill it with a 2 a day tris, bis and shoulders...so I understand everyone has different levels at how much estrogen they get on cycle and I assumed 12.5mg kept me pretty low but I still had no libido so I went with 25mg of aromasin the past
3 days and holy **** my libido is up and roaring like a mofo lol so maybe estrogen was a tad high most of this cycle but you live and you learn...well to rephrase that...you cycle and you learn lol..ill keep you guys posted on if I have that photo opp tomorrow

First photo shoot is 2 weeks from day bros!!! I signed with the guy so I'm officially an underwear model (pending how my shoot goes) time to crack down and lose this last 3-4lbs...maybe use some clen
