Just to give everyone a heads up...my fiancé well now ex wants to get a job in another state and told me she is taking my daughter and it's my problem that I won't see her....the rage I have inside of me right now it's intense

So I came home from work just a little bit ago after countless texts pleading with her to talk this out and just everything I could think of but she responded to none...all 28 of them so that just pissed me off even more so I called my friend who was the on call judge at work tonight and he is hooking me up with a temp custody order in the morning so she can't leave with her...but anyway I got home beyond enraged that she wouldn't even threaten to take my daughter away I ripped all the drawers out of her dresser and dumped all her clothes in a garbage bag and told her to bounce immediately so I feel better now it's just me and my daughter for now

This is seriously fuked up. I can't believe she could be so bitter she would take your daughter from u. On top of that she is going to screw up her daughters life and deprive her of her father for her own selfish depraved satisfaction.

Workout: arms...so so day...was in the gym maybe an hour...no cardio today just some heavy arm lifting lol

Diet: like 100g of carbs the rest fat and protein...not super hungry but I did forget my EC stack so I'm stuck at work without that around 2200 cals

Notes: good day today...kept my personal problems at bay and made it to the gym...tomorrow and Thursday will be two burn days...no carbs and lots of cardio :)

Glad to see you were able to keep your issues at bay while you worked out. I would have been an enraged lunatic in the gym straight throwing 100lbs DBs into mirrors akin to the youtube video in Planet Fitness. That **** was seriously ****ed up.
