Workout: last day of vacation so did a 2 a day again with 1 hour of cardio and abs in the early morning then shoulders at 530pm...killer workout...I burnt 350 cals on the Elliptical
Diet: was not hungry at all today...1700 cals no carbs all protein and fat...man do I look vascular it's kinda scary lol it was making me smile at the gym
Notes: energy is a bit low from no carbs but I still rocked the gym...feeling super lean but have no urge to eat which is a good thing I guess...also I'm finally starting to show signs of a tanwoot woot
