Day 74:

Workout: Arms/Abs... very nice lift...tri setted today!! GTF on my level bros!!! bis, tris, abs tri set yeah I was sweating and guess what.. I puked after an hour...ah it felt great! pure beast mode!! killed it today no other words to describe how I felt lol I honestly had the "god" feeling omfg this **** is addicting lol

Diet: Not bad actually...Had some ice cream and cake bc its my fiance's birthday :) so I got her lady gaga perfume and took her to lunch and spent time with her and her family...She had a good time so im happy...loads of protein...ate 3 cans of tuna! yummm id say around 2500 cals today with about 200g of carbs rest protein with a little bit a fat

Notes: Felt awesome today...way better then ever I think...my father in law even made a comment on my size and wow he never ever does anything like that so that made me feel like a million bucks...been tanning to so you haters stop talking **** via pm about me being super white lol Having no work is amazing lol love vacation days...tomorrow im going to hit up the gym in the AM for either back or chest unsure yet then hardcore 2 hour leg session later on before I go to the fair one last time!!!!!
 
Ice cream..cake..AND puking! Man I'm jealous lol. Now that I'm doing more cardio I usually leave the gym with the pukey feeling but never actually puke haha. Killin it man. Only a few weeks left make em count!

Your chest is definitely filling out, for some constructive criticism (please don't get offended) I saw hit your traps twice a week, I don't want to see your neck by the end of cycle. It will help full you out too. Truly amazing progress buddy!

Workout: cardio cardio cardio...did a famous 2 a day today...hit up am faster cardio then again at 8pm...burnt 350 cals each time and only took in 1950 cals today with no carbs so I'm feeling pretty good getting back on track

Diets: 1950 cals no carbs all protein and fats...felt actually great wasn't hungry or had any urges to cheat on my diet...it was great to get it out of my system (the cheating)

Notes: great day! Sweating like a pig feeling very good...no hunger or anything...very pleased with myself very!!!

Been following this log from day one and I gotta say wow. But anyway just needed some advice from y'all. I just wondering what y'all eat when getting to around 2000 Cal and not have any carbs. I have trouble meeting total without carbs

chicken, beef and eggs...lots of it. I have never had a "no carb" day but i tend to stay under 50g on my low carb days. With minimal carbs I eat/drink chicken, beef, greek yogurt, protein shakes (mixed w/ light soy milk), eggs (whites) and natty peanut butter. An awesome way to start a low carb day is to eat oatmeal for breakfast (about 30g w/ brown sugar) then protein the rest of the day. The oatmeal stays with you and lowers the cravings, at least it does for me. If you don't already use one I would suggest a calorie counter also (i use "myfitnesspal")

Hmmm so quick story...pulled a car over for passing in a no passing zone and him and the passenger are drunk...so I put the driver in my car and my partner is reading him the DUI rights when suddenly his drunk buddy jumps out (picture a 5'2 skinny toothless guy with long greasy hair) and gets into a fighting stance and points at me and says "bring it on pig! Ill slaughter you like cattle" LMFAO! I didn't touch him but he did suffer some broken ribs and some scraps and cuts from umm tripping down an embankment ;)

I'm telling you, it sucks to do and be ready to act as a zombie by Thursday. I'm currently going 1800-1900/day and moat of my calories from fats with most minimal carbs. Peanut butter, 80%ground beef, eggs, 4%fat cottage cheese, oils, walnuts, mostly anything high in fat.
