Day 57:
Workout: legs and shoulders...didn't kill shoulders but got my legs pretty beat with squats and leg ext with squats I worked my way up from 135lbs by 20lbs pounds until I hit 315...did 12 reps of all of those then at 325lbs-365lbs I did 5-6 reps took me about 30 mins just to squat lol spent about 1.75 hours in the gym today and finished with 25 mins of cardio
Diet: spot on with super low carbs and no junk just normal protein rich foods and lots of almonds...around 2200 cals...30g carbs 235 protein and the rest fat
Notes: BP was super high last night 178/86 but I just upped my hawthorn a bit so no worries...actually I gotta pin after I post this lol I almost forgot

looks crazy vascular in the gym it was awesome holding a plate I could see tons of veins in my shoulder and traps...not looking to much leaner due to pigging out last week more then I should of but sometimes it's hard...I feel myself craving carbs like never before it has to be the anabolics wanting carbs bc sometimes it's just so hard to not give in lol...but between my will power and you guys always being so awesome on here I will be ok and diet down an get some abs for you all
