Howwedo's trip to the darkside...forever!!!

The pin went odd...the second I injected I started coughing like hell and actually still doing it! Bah what a ****ty way to die lol jk about the dying part but yeah my BP was 165/100 so still not good even on extra hawthorn but oh we'll at least they will need an extra large casket for my muscular ass :)

I've seen someone post about this coughing thing before, any idea why it happens?
 
I've always heard from nicking a small vein. But that might be pure bro science because I've never read anything to back it up lol

Your BP is pretty high dude...are you taking any type of vasodilator? Maybe you should drop the var do a couple days to see if that's causing it. You really don't want you BP that high.

I'm going to ride it out and see if it improves...or I may drop from 50mg to 40mg an see how that works...also I dropped my EC stack and actually dropped all caffeine and Stims

No its not bad. People get bicep tears because they dong fully extended at the elbow when doing curls which will shorten the bicep. For precaution stretch and work full ROM for biceps

Didn't take notice but there was almost no blood idk it was weird lol like instant cough...this bp thing just blows but screw it I'm going to hammer out these last few weeks and drop this ugly ass gut of mine once and for all!!!
 
192lbs today bf calipers have me at 10.8%bf at 5'9 I'm pretty happy with those numbers!! Still 5 weeks left hehe :) I'm certainly leaning up a lot what do you all think?

lol thanks bro...my shoulders...the one body part I lift maybe 1 time every 2 weeks lol and I never do anything for traps...but they grow like crazy idk must be genetics I assume or I have some little muscle worms in me that make my muscles grow...oh wait I do...the AAS civilization inside me haha
 
Day 58:

Workout: Back and Chest (my fav!!!) simply put I ripped it up today! Only had 65 mins to lift but man did I make it count! I rarely post my workouts but todays I will because it was intense....
Chest/Back Machines Superset 40 sec rest between sets 4 sets
Incline Smith Bench/Single Hand DB rows Superset 40 sec rest between sets 4 sets
Decline Flys/Back Rows Superset 50 sec rest between sets 3 sets
Pec Deck/T-bar Rows/Ab Machine Tri-Superset 40 sec rest between sets 3 sets

Diet:Id say it was about perfect again...all my carbs came post workout in the form of a caramel Chocolate bar (30g Carbs) Rest of the food was protein and Fats around 2k Cals so A little on the lower side on a lift day but I didnt have time for cardio so oh well...with my other trace carbs Im around 100g of carbs for 2 days combined which is pretty awesome

Notes: BP was 130/82 after I got out of work so Its not constantly high it just spikes once in awhile so im not to worried about it...I will continue to check it but im not stopping or lower my doses! Its time for me to get a 6 pack damn it! Im one determined mofo! I have to say it maybe from the whole super low carb thing but I could feel myself being skinnier this morning if that makes any sense lol it was nice...I still have about 2% BF to lose but I have 5 weeks to do it so I'm on track!! time to get shredded boys!!!

Lol wow so I totally did my calories wrong...I only ate 1600 cals today and burnt 3k wow glad I'm on anabolics so my body can handle that kind of deficit once in a blue moon

Arms today not my fav but gotta get these guns up a caliber or two :) I'll maybe snap a pic of them and see if they look more lean/vascular since my diet has been flawless and no carbs have been consumed....T minus 1 hour until gym time lol

Workout: Arms...not a huge fan of doing them idk why just don't care like I use to lol had a great day tho I killed them and then did 20 mins cardio

Diet: ate a few more carbs then the past few days...around 80-100 grams today post workout...around 2100-2200 cals

Notes: weighed in at 192 this morning and looking leaner by the day...I feel accomplished every day I don't cheat! It's a small victory and 1 step closer to getting 6 abs lol

I hate low carbs I feel so flat ahhh it's like I don't even lift I feel like a little whimp lol I just want to devour carbs and get full haha but I'm not going to I'll deal with the flatness....any1 got a tire pump? Haha

I've been carbing and I feel like a fat ass! I prefer flat and shredded to pumped and soft in stomach.

Haha I hear ya man. I've been doin the low carb also for a few weeks and felt like I looked 29 lbs smaller the other day in the gym lol.

I'm still trying to work my carbs out too. I haven't quite figured out what works for me yet. So far it's been 6 days of less than 60 and then a refeed day (usually a Saturday) of like 120-150. Just leaves me more hungry and craving carbs for the next 2-3 days.
