You have any rough pins lately. About a week ago I was pinning some tren. As so as I pulled the needle out I started coughing uncontrollably. Lasted like 5-10 mins then I passed out for like an hour from being so tired from coughing. Then yesterday I dont know what happened but I was pinning my quad and it felt like I was trying to push through a brick. Took like 3 mins to get the needle all the way in. WTF

Sounds like you injected in a small vein with the tren bro. And are you pinning prop? Or pinning quads a lot? Sounds like some pretty serious scar tissue build up. Google "tren cough" there's a lot of stuff about it and what might cause it
 
No rough pins bro I've had my fiancé do them all the past 3 weeks it's been so much easier lol actually had to pin on Tuesday myself but it went in my quad painlessly but pulling out was weird...like it didn't want to come out lol it was so awkward feeling it made me light headed

Notes: well today was my daughters 2nd birthday...oh how the time is flying by!!! Well it was a super insanely busy day...got a ton of food in me just totally didn't care today and enjoyed a day off of everything with my girl...sad thing is tho my gym is closed Sunday Monday so I'm going to kill chest and back tomorrow then cardio on my own Sunday Monday then right back to them sexy weights on Tuesday!!!!

Haha, I normally have no problem pulling out. Yeah it's defiantly the cough but it was the first time it happened to me. I'm using test e and I rotate all sights.

Day 51:

Workout: intense back and chest...figured since my gym is closed tomorrow and Monday I better have a killer workout... And I did lol I super setted a ton of stuff for back and chest...really focused on my upper chest...even did a drop set super set! Put 225 on the smith machine incline and did 5 reps then lowered the weight by 20lbs and did 5 reps and did this until I have 125lbs on there then I immediately went to the peck deck and did a drop set starting at 140 and working down to 80....my back and traps were also worked pretty heavy...overall a great grueling workout

Diet: 190g P 100g F 50g C....only like 1800 cals today...just wasn't hungry and I followed a 6 hour eating window

Notes: well from my binge eating yesterday I was 2 things....1. 197lbs lol up 4 lbs over night and 2. EXTREMELY Full and vascular like my muscles were saturated with glycogen today holy lord I was loving the gym...wore a tank top and couldn't stop looking at the veins in my delt I've never seen them there like that before...great day overall

Workout: cardio....gym was closed so I managed after a long argument with the woman to go for a run...ran two miles in just over 12 mins

Diet: maybe 100g carbs...rest protein and fat 2200 cals

Notes: wow first time doing long distance running in a loooonnngggg time and wow my stamina is intense!!!! Steroids are awesome for red blood cells lol I was running like a damn tank...felt pretty sweet
