guys I have a question, howwedo talks about bloat or the possibility of getting it and then takes adex. How does adex help with bloat and is it absolutely needed with cycle?

got it, yea i have throttled down ever since joining these forums. Friend hooked me up with 12 week supply of test prop/winstrol with no pct. since joining here I am waiting to run this and running some natty stuff in the mean time and learning, learning,learning!!!

what about the other part of the question, how does it help with water retention? ei how do you know when to take it?

Since test aromatizes, bloat is caused by estrogen. Taking an AI like arimidex will lower estrogen so bloat is mitigated. Trust me you'll notice when u start bloating, as definition leaves u and a clear sign of heightened estrogen is sensitive nipples.

Yes sir the doc pretty much answered it...when I notice a bit of bloat...which is easy for me bc I'm fairly lean so it shows easy I just pop .5mg Adex before bed and I wake up and it's gone...I'd say so far it's been about every 3-4 days that I've used it...I also notice when my estrogen is high I get a bit more emotional as well lol also I'm taking tbol which doesn't cause bloat but if it was dbol I'd take Adex probably .5mg ED or 1mg EOD since that will bloat you up pretty fast...well most people anyway

so once you see/feel the effects of that do you dose until the effects subside or continue EOD/ED?

Yeah start with .5 Adex and see how that works...for just test E that should be fine bro...you don't wanna kill estrogen to bad...as it does have some benefits

Personally, i start taking it when nipples feel a little puffy. And you'll be able feel it out with the water retention. I promise you lol.

It's not the full 1000 cal but you can add stuff to make it more calories. I believe it's in the high 800's. It's the ****. Tosh.0 is my favorite tv show ever.

One method of running adex is to start it on week 2 of your cycle, run it at 0.5mg ED for 1 week to get a steady level in your system and then taper off to 0.5mg EOD or 0.25mg EOD. That's how I did it, once I bumped my test to 750mg/weekh I upped the adex back to 0.5mg. My sex drive has been shot so I am going back down to 0.25mg EOD. Stay stuctured your first run. Don't pop it randomly because the whole point of running steroids is to create that artificial super human environmnet. Stable blood levels is part of that to achieve max gains. Taking adex randomly will throw you levels off whenever you take it. Just find your sweet spot and be consistent.
 
Going to pound quads, calfs and shoulders for 2 hours then going to cheat a bit with a nice amount of taco bell!!! I mean I am on cycle so 2 hours in the gym is easy sauce!!! Pics of epic meal will be up later :)

He hasn't put not even a bit of fat, so its mostly LBM , some glycogen but most muscle...I would say its about 10 lbs of LBM and 9 lbs of Glycogen, he was a low carber for a long time, so his glycogen stores got replenished and grew too (happens on cycle too) , but still...like I said more than 50% that weight is PURE muscle, and the rest is his fuel tanks for building even more muscle.

Anyhow, Ricky is a genetic awesome beast, I have not seen anyone put un 19lbs (with about 10lbs of muscle) like that without deca or anadrol either. He trains hard, eats hard and sleeps like a boss, he deserves this!

We have to remember they say 2 lbs muscle a week is max.. I would have to say glycogen has more of a influence then you think but I agree not much fat gain at all.

I'm not sure about the ratios on Gear though...I mean I know naturally the most you can put is .5 lbs a week though, given also I have made a flaw since 1g of glycogen holds 3g of water right? Or something like that...Even so, Glycogen and water are NOT fat mass, and I still believe he has packed on a lot of muscle :p. But true indeed, it could be a little less muscle than I estimated, but one can hope for his brother to put on as much muscle as possible :p!

For sure. Just from experience sometimes glycogen storage feels and looks just as good as muscle. Just depressin when off and you see it deflate. Lol

Howwe is beast at any weight though!

Weight 193.5 +19lbs (mostly glycogen obviously not all muscle haha)

legs and shoulders...spent 2 hours at the gym yes 2 solid hours haha did 8 sets of squats making my way up to 285 for 5 reps also did 8 sets of quad extensions making my way up to 120lbs for 10 reps...felt pretty amazing but insanely hungry after words ate a ton of food today...I feel 3k calories is to little for these 2 hour lifting days so I've kept it over 4k but I will drop back down when I do my normal 1 hour workouts on day I work...weight is holding steady at 193.5 pre gym...feeling as full as ever!!! Noticing my shirts are fitting a bit more snug...blasting back and chest tomorrow after work :) having a hard time getting sore the next morning as well...only thing sore on me is my lats lol so recover must be up pretty damn high...destroyed all that taco bell...a peanut butter sandwich and milk post workout!!!

Pretty cool fact here...the past 5 workout days I've put in 8.5 hours in at the gym haha

Nice job on those squats bro. There's no doubt you are feeding enough for growth! Keep this sh1t up you'll be up over 200 in no time, kill it!
