Day 14:
Weight 193.5 +19lbs (mostly glycogen obviously not all muscle haha)
legs and shoulders...spent 2 hours at the gym yes 2 solid hours haha did 8 sets of squats making my way up to 285 for 5 reps also did 8 sets of quad extensions making my way up to 120lbs for 10 reps...felt pretty amazing but insanely hungry after words ate a ton of food today...I feel 3k calories is to little for these 2 hour lifting days so I've kept it over 4k but I will drop back down when I do my normal 1 hour workouts on day I work...weight is holding steady at 193.5 pre gym...feeling as full as ever!!! Noticing my shirts are fitting a bit more snug...blasting back and chest tomorrow after work

having a hard time getting sore the next morning as well...only thing sore on me is my lats lol so recover must be up pretty damn high...destroyed all that taco bell...a peanut butter sandwich and milk post workout!!!
Pretty cool fact here...the past 5 workout days I've put in 8.5 hours in at the gym haha
