Fat Smack XR notes: killing my appetite today more then normal...I can hardly finish my 1600 cals damn lol shirt was also soaked at the gym...struggled to get it off when I got home...still get that burning in my belly when I'm fasted in the morning hehe I love it

I wish fat smack was killing my appetite, I am constantly hungry with 2-3 pills a day.

Food: had a huge slice of ham and some oatmeal and a small muffin so that's how I got the 100g of carbs but damn was it good lol

Workout: last day of deload...abs and 3 miles on the elliptical

Supplements: Fat Smack XR X2 10am 2pm 6pm

Fat Smack XR notes: felt good all day...nothing new or negative to report...nice sweat on again at the gym feel good homies

Workout: 1st full day back since the deload...did chest n bi A did overhand chin ups felt pretty good also curled 125 6 times...bench is down tho I think it's the effects of cutting for 90 days now...strength is finally coming down 3 months later...it's reallllly getting time to bulk for a big that's for sure

Supplements: Fat Smack XR X2 10am 2pm 6pm

Fat Smack XR notes: had tons of hot sauce with my eggs this morning and ended up having beads of sweat just pouring down my face it was intense...still not craving carbs or anything and since I'm only on FSXR it has to be that...carbs haven't been above 100g for almost a week now...pretty happy just wish these abs would get here before I start this cycle

Great updates! I been on a 60 day recomp, I don't think I could handle a cutting let alone do one for 90days.

I figured you would do oral first haa, but that going to be a prefect first cycle. First cycle = crazy response. Am starting at 4-AD, Mass Drops, + SD its driving me crazy.....

Never even tried a PH I'm deff interested in how much Roids change your body with proper diet and exercise and that should be a good cycle dude!!!!!

They change you body crazy style. It will be a good cycle can't wait to add my my size again, I think I should just bulk to like 215 then do a actual cut. haaa 170-215 would be pretty epic in 2 months :)

What do you recommend for me, do a crazy azz bulk then cut or bulk lean as possible. So many options lol

I'm a believer to get decently cut before a cycle so your muscle gains show more and for me I'll do 8 weeks lean bulk and 4 weeks cutting for the 12 week cycle

Ok sounds good. That's why I been recomping these pass to months for gains to be better. Could your recommend me a cutting program you use or a good one? Thank for the help.

2k cals 200g protein 150carb 90fat

Food: 93/7 ground beef...few packs of oatmeal with cherries and blueberries :)

Workout: rawr!!!!! Felt like a monster today doing 90lbs on the T bar rows felt amazing!!!! Back and Tri A...used the heavy ez bar and did the French press with 30lbs on each side and slammed out 12 reps still

Supplements: Fat Smack XR X2 10am 2pm 6pm

FSXR Notes: felt great today appetite was a little more rough today but that's from the extra exercise I'm sure :) 28 days is coming fast on day 19 already so 9 days until I start my cycle

Food: little Ice cream lots of oatmeal and eggs today with a huge slice of ham

Workout: shoulders!!! Monster today set a PR on lateral raises 35lbs DBs 10 times of yeah

Supplements: Fat Smack XR X2 10am 2pm 6pm

Fat smack XR notes: 1 week and 1 day left until I'm done with fat smack...energy was still awesome today...I was a bit hungry today but overall an awesome product..helped me bust that PR
 
Day 21:

2k cals 250p 200carb 50f

Food: some hot wings And lean hamburger and plenty of oatmeal

Workout: wanted to do legs ended up doing arms for the first time in a longgggg time lol went pretty good had a decent pump

Supplements: Fat Smack XR X2 10am 2pm 6pm

Fat smack XR notes: last week of FS...pics will be up tomorrow :) hope everyone enjoys my progress so far...little headache today but that maybe from the coffee...never had such a sweat during curls before it was literally pouring off my head it was intense

Wish I would of dropped my cals earlier but overall FS is did a great job even with eating at almost maint :) also down a total of 4.5lbs in these 3 weeks
 
I have a bottle of this myself. Cant wait to run it in a couple months. You live in Scranton, huh? Im from Sheatown, just outside Nanticoke. Used to work in Scranton, N. Main ave.
 
Ok I love fat smack so I'm officially ending my cut as of today...I'm saving the rest of my fat smack for my last 2 weeks of my test cycle and yes I will update this when I start that to show you how great it can be when used to cut up at the end of a cycle....so 3 weeks total of 4.5-5lbs I lost and it was all fat...pretty awesome stuff Aaron specially since I was at maint cals most days :) can't wait to try it at a cal def all days!!! Purus gets an A+ from me for this product
