Need some help. I'm a very fussy eater, so its hard to get a good diet setup.

7:30: 100% Whey with 1 egg and 2 tb flax oil
8:00-8:45: Gym
9:00: Myoplex shake
10:15: 2 egg whites, 3 whole large eggs, 1/2 cup of oatmeal
12:00: Byers Yogurt
1:30: PB&J sandwhich
3:15: Chicken salad
6:00: 100% Whey
8:30: Chicken salad

I'm 23, 5'9, 170 lbs, 14% BF. Looking to lean up a little more (10%)

It looks good, I like to split up my flax @ 1 tbsp 2x/d. You do cardio or resistance?

What flavor Myoplex you drink man? I used to drink that when I first started using whey protein....

how much protein do u take in your 100% whey shake at 6:00?

Also not a fan of the PB&J sandwich.....

You don't like after lunch BJ's , I worried for you Jon. Really, I knew someone would say something. That's why I asked him about his training methods, cause he could get away with it if he worked his ass off.

Chocolate is alright, but strawberry.....ew...LOL....do they still have those red little bits in it? I liked them at first, but then got really tired of 'em.

Hey man, since you don't use much whey in your diet, you should try out some Nature's Best Isopure. It tastes SO much better and mixes with ease. That's what I used to use before I was eating mad calories. Make sure you get the Dutch Chocolate though, the others don't taste as good. Just a heads up...

Do you have all your numbers counted out and how many calories of Protein, carbs, and fats your getting in? If not, then thats your first step. If you need help with a ratio and a better meal plan, lemme know bro...

The 100% whey is around 35g.

Total Cals: 2435

Grams perc
------------------------
Fat: 85 33%
Sat: 19 8%
Poly: 9 4%
Mono: 19 8%
Carbs: 151 25%
Fiber: 7 0%
Protein: 243 41%

Did you PM me frofan?

Ok, sorry I didn't respond. Most of my PM's lately have nothing to do with actual bodybuilding :(

I would say no on the PB&J and from the looks of it you don't have enough calories and/or carbs.

Thanks Bobo, I know you can 't give real detailed help, so I was just looking for an overview from you.

Anyone else know whats bad with the pb&j? Also, what would be good to put in its place?

imo, the problem is no vegetables.

no brocolli, spinach, red peppers, tomatoes (technically a fruit but let's not get into that again), kale, etc?

not good imo

Yeah, I have a really bad problem with veggies to. At the least though I get in some strawberries, fruit cocktail, baked beans. I also like to eat hot peppers by themselves, etc. Basically anything that has a very small amount of calories in comparision to food portion size, thats what I usually munch on ED or EOD.

PB&J is basically a donut bro. Just not a very good choice of foods. I don't even like using PB at all. Replace that with a bowl of oatmeal or I like co-co wheats. Any kind oig whole grain in that meal would be better.

Try and get more cals, more carbs, more fats to have an even distribution of them/day. Use a 30/40/30 ratio of P/C/F. Get in your protein/carbs/fats in each meal. Don't just skip around and have protein in one meal and not in another. By this I mean actual good portions...

 He's right, if your really serious about diet don't eat fat after a w/o and don't eat carbs and fats together. I used the soy butter when dieting one time but never got used to it over PB. The toasted whole soy beans make a good snack.
