How to get AX satisfaction guarantee refund w.out roundabouts?

Yep, what is the easiest and most direct way to take advantage of AX's money back guarantee? I was told by a rep to contact the place I purchased from to get a refund on SlimX. Nutraplanet customer service laughed at the notion that people are asking about a company's money back guarantee through them and that I definitely wasn't the first swinging d*ck that had asked them about it.

So who do I need to get up with where I can be refunded on my purchase with no roundabouts or runarounds. I have the anxiety X that I can send back, one bottle over half full and the other unopened. Cheers mates.

Thanks, but looks like a roundabout to me. Got to recontact nutra and see if they will comply with refund if AX offers them a 100% refund on my purchase. They first told me to contact AX, now I have to contact NP again. I have a feeling this will be more trouble than it is worth.
 
Sorry you feel that way, and SX did not work out for you. That is why we have it clearly posted. Being that we sell through multi-layers of distribution we have to do refunds in this manner. I always shop places that have user friendly return policies for that reason. If you have any problems returning, simply call our support line, and we will help do the work for you. We really do have a good customer support team. When you return your item, in the end we refund that distributor for your return. Usually you just lose out on the shipping.

It should be super easy with NP. You've already contacted them, so they should be able to just take it back and issue the refund. There's no run-around with it, but the return policies of retailers do supercede our's. In some very rare instances, there are criteria and timeframes for returns. NP should be about the easiest to deal with on this, though.

Here's what to do from here:
-Contact NP for return shipping info.
-Send it back
-Receive refund (less applicable shipping - that's pretty standard)
