People say to stack protein with tren extreme, This just means to consume more protein right?
I'm 5'7, 165, around 10-11% BF
I'm trying to lean up a bit, Should I consume 250g Protein?
And when I meant lean up, I just meant to have lean gains and still drop %, Because I know a few friends who have bulked on this have maintained BF or dropped veryyy slightly.
