How much protein can you have at one time?

This doesn't take into account what a man on AAS's and doing serious weight lifting may be able to utilize and need!! Besides I believe, given my fiber, water, healthy fats and digestive enzymes,, worst case scenario is it goes down the toilet,, doubt I'll have any negative health related issues from it.

Believe whatever you want, people are only trying to help you.

Not at all... if it weren't for all the healthy fats, fiber and digestive enzymes then it would,,, but I take great care to be sure my digestive tract stays healthy

Aloe juice and psyllium on an empty stomach first thing in the morning tones my intestinal lining and keeps things moving ....

Papaya enzyme taken before and after each meal and with each protein drink keeps me from getting indigestion

Two gallons of distilled water daily ensure enough hydration to process all that and to keep my kidneys happy

Like I've said,, I only eat this much during cycle,, on a 15 week cycle right now ... after which I cut it in half

First congratulation on your weightloss! Secong I hope u don't take offense on the question I asked you I meant it as a constructive critisism if your running a cycle and weightloss is your goal what compounds are you using? Why not just go all out on a cut cycle and get lean as hell?

Well,, I wanted to go ahead and get some muscle and strength gains to catipult me into my next stage, which is a cut cycle,, seeing as how muscle burns fat,, the more muscle you have, the easier it is to burn that fat,, at least this is my thought on the matter,, I really never want to get below 210lbs or so... but I'd love to see 7% bf within the next six months

Main difference is speed of bioavailability... also, I'd never come close to my,, popularly unapproved,, desired protein goals

I'm also running a steroid cycle right now though... when not on cycle I'm not so worried about it but I do actually enjoy the protein shakes

Are you sure that food is cheaper than protein powder?

Op stated he buys chicken at 2.00 a pound. That'd be cheaper. Protein powder runs about .70 cents a serving in his case or about $2.80 a shake just in protein powder. So he could eat a pound of chicken cheaper.

Chicken is about the same for me here. Sometimes 1.49 a pound.
