Fasted cardio works wonders. I like going 14 - 16 hours without eating then doing a long medium level cardio session (equivilent to a very slow jog or about 5.8 to 6.2 mph range). Then you go for about 75 to 90 minutes. If you don't get low blood suger, it's a sure sign your liver is still working well.

It's then good to wait another hour or two before that high protein breakfast. You can add various stuff like ALA, banaba leaf, or AP to open those Glut 4 receptors up even more, and you can get away with quite a few carbs if you add HCA. The calories get stuffed into your muscles, liver and brain, and they avoid the fat cells. Simply, the best of both worlds. Your hypothalmus never says, "I'm starving," so no shut down of T3 and ramping up of reverse T3.
