i love you jbry... always come in and post on a topic that's come full circle... i think you do it on purpose sometimes, ;)

Read my other responses in this thread and you'll have my general response to your post...but I'll add, I'm not saying anywhere in here that inhibit p I'd not a viable supplement in its own right. But just not to be used as a rule of thumb for dosing the 2 together.

Yea, I'm late party is over, just posting I like it.
I don't like, or use all of our products either, just saying.
Yohimbine, no thanks...

What do you guys think about using vitamin b6 for a prolactin inhibitor? I know some guys do. Around 300mg/day. Have seen as high as 800mg, but that seems way to sketchy.

it's just fine standalone imo.

Oh man, I love taking 15-20 mg of yohimbine for fasted cardio sessions!

Ditto, just not all at once. Haven't tried going for my max yohimbine requirements in just 1 dose...but I want to hahaha.

I read study where they used 15% ldopa from velvet bean at 4 grams spread throughout the day with good results.

4 grams?! That sounds like quite a bit. In this study, did they run it for a short period of time?

So I had previously purchased some bulk 99% l-dopa powder and have seen vitex for sale for relatively cheap. Would taking ~250mg + 400mg vitex (nature's way) 2x daily give me similar results for prolactin control or do I need to find a specific concentration for this to work?
