Post cycle how much strength and size do you retain between cycles(30 days epidrol). Should I take off more than 90 days off before starting a new one? what would be good options for next cycle ? I would not like to go over a 60 days cycle and as safe as possible..

finaflex evaluation 2 @ night and hgh up 4 @ night..milk thistle

that is a pretty sucky pct. but to answer the title of thread, without reading op, it all depends on how well you know how to run a pct tailored to fit your needs, as well as diet, training.

i ran a 6 week SD/EPI bridge a long time ago and coming off that i lost 15lbs (went from 175 to195 and down to 180), diet was in check in PCT, water intake was at 2 gallons, and working out hard as f*ck

i came off a really long test/deca cycle recently and lost 5lbs (went from 180-210). In PCT diet was slacking, water intake sucked, and not getting enough gym time due to school work and still hovering at 205lbs currently

i didn't gain sh*t past 10 weeks of my test/deca cycle, but all that time being on made a huge difference in muscle retention

What should I add that's all they said I would need that's why i'm asking some questions...where does epidrol fit in as problem ness gl

The foundation of your PCT should be a SERM.

I'd suggest searching some PCT protocol threads here on AM and even on other forums. As far as time off between cycles, a rule that many follow is time on cycle + time of PCT = total time on and time off before your next cycle should be equivalent at minimum.
