HI, im using Kre Alkalyne Creatine ethyl ester and want to know what the max limit of creatine i can take safely??

honestly bro you probably only need one og the 2, 2-3 Grams of eah pre then 2-3g post is all you will need of these 2.

Its all up to personal preference to be honest. I like the ethyl ester while some say it does nothing.....

personally...you should drop them both and get green mag or size on, either one will not disappoint!
 
i would say 3-5g pre workout and 3-5 PWO
 
i dont see how its really all that different. his doses should be somewhere around there. CEE is shown to be no better than CM anyway.

altho im not very seasoned with kre-alkalyn so you may be right.
