How long is a safe reta cycle?

If you aren't overweight, I'd start .25 or .5 so you have some room to dose up and the bottle lasts you a while. Some people also suggest a taper off. I just completed the same with great results starting at .25 for the first 3 weeks and slowly tapering up.

Do not chase the hunger suppression, it doesn't really work like that. Instead use the decreased food noise to follow a strict diet plan, and taper up dose based off stalled weight loss (no weight loss after two weeks? bump up dose). Cut carbs over fats as fats will cause gut issue sides and carbs are actually better utilized and will keep training intense. Prioritize protein. Avoid processed foods or oils. No junk or you will suffer stomach aches and acid reflux like never before.

Safe? who knows, these are still new to being studied. Eat clean, Don't starve yourself and keep lifting and issues will be diminished. Take a break after your first cycle until gastric slowing returns to normal. That probably makes it safer than having insulin sensitivity issues or excess body fat long term. But that's just opinion.

I'm getting a 20mg bottle and plan on doing 1mg a week so a 20 week cycle is that a normal safe cycle or is that too long?
After about 4 to 6 weeks that bottle will be much less useful milligram per milligram, it does not stay good for 20 weeks after being reconstituted. By week 8 or 10 you will basically be injecting a fraction of your dose or even worse, just bac water.

Then why do they sell 20mg bottle if it would only be good for about a 10 week cycle? Is it more for people doing more then 1mg per week?

So if you plan on using a very low dose I would buy smaller bottles so you only have to reconstitute a small amount at a time

Got it I already purchased the 20mg bottle but I got it on discount for the same price as the 10mg so no harm no foul in the end but I'll definitely keep this in mind for the future thanks

Let's say you're 6-8 weeks in and it starts to feel like it's not working, that could be a sign that the product is starting to degrade in potency which could be remedied by increasing the dose you're just kind of guessing because we don't know how much it's decreasing and how fast it's decreasing. Because your dose is so low and you're staying at 1 mg you're not going to hurt anything by pumping it up to two or three to balance out the potency issue. Those are still very low conservative doses. This next one's not really going to be an option for you this time because it involves using the product on and off two weeks at a time so you kind of have to buy the smallest bottle to make this cost-effective. But the clients I have who use it, we try to keep them low like 2 mg tops maybe up to four, I try to have them take breaks every couple of weeks so you might go two weeks on 2 weeks off or 4 weeks on 2 weeks off and during the off week I have him drink a shitload of green tea and it helps kill your appetite. Green tea/egcg helps your body produce more glp-1. I think I was just talking about this with @AwakeningAlpha in another thread

By the way if anybody doesn't know, if you're using it for appetite suppression, when you stop taking it your appetite is still suppressed for a week or two. So during those two week breaks you're having some effect from the drug plus a little extra from the green tea and it really does help kill your appetite, I made the joke that I don't know if it's actually the green tea working because of the glp-1 effect or just because you feel gross because you've been drinking green tea all day and don't want to eat. But I do believe the reason it works is the combination between the residual effect of reta and the green tea consumption

Compared to sema, reta kept my appetite and food noise quiet way longer, like 16 weeks before I felt it taper off. Your 20 week plan sounds similar to what I ran, but I'd listen to your body and adjust if sides pop up. Definitely worth checking with your doc to make sure it lines up with your goals though.
