Okay so i have been working on trying to make my brother realize that you dont need alot of supplements to grow......hows this look??

bulk Glutamine
BSN true mass
white flood
neovar recomp.
ultra vitaman from vitamin world
omega six fatty acids

maybe in about a half year when gains start to slow i will get him x-factor..............i tried to hit the basics and add a P/W drink for him.......what do you guys think..its for a 16 yearold

stick to the vites, creatine, and protein. at 16 he shouldn't need anything more than that. also make sure he's doing compound lifts every day he hits that gym. pre/post workout shakes with carbs/protein are also a wise choice.

with the naturally high levels of test that a 16 year old has, i would doubt he'd need much more than that. IMO.

i wouldn't say its not good - neovar is creatine basically. i think at 16 years old, he has a whole lot of maximum potential to get to before using BA to break a plateau, etc.

i just had some left so i am giving it to him, i thought he would get more use from it........i never noticed anything, maybe a little tiny bit of increased recovery, but thats it, not worth it to me

Yep, creatine, protein, vitamins, and good fats are all he needs. Make sure his diet is right on, too. And that his training is set up specifically with his goals in mind.

yes sir, liftings on spot and diet is......well thats getting better, i still have to give him a idea of what to bring to lunch each day. he is still eating a slice of pizza each day, im gunna up the cals., protien, and taste for him!!

and can any one tell me how "true mass" chocolate tastes?? how thick is it with 16 oz. of milk??

Instead of a supplement shopping list, make him a grocery store list. Eating and sleeping are 2 of the biggest setbacks for teens. They love to throw the weights around but neglect the food and sleep. I have a 17 year old, I know!!
