How does my first cycle (Epi) look?

Many people use it during PCT with success but I only like to take it on cycle with aromatizing compounds.
Thanks for the advice, I end up reading too much and order probably much more than I need. I have had my serm before my cycle started but after doing a lot of reading here, I have ordered the Str3ngth,super pct, and now the Formeron the other day. Also looking to my next cycle once i get my 4 week pct done, seems like a person could read for years trying to learn everything lol but this site helps a ton.

Yep, it's interesting topic to read! You'll know more every day :)

I had trouble with this at first also. Nolva is also known as tamoxifen and clomid is known as clomiphene. Once I learned this I started clicking on banners you see on AM and found a couple places that sell them. Good luck.

I appreciate the info. Thank you!

They don't hurt I like finaflex rev black and Olympus labs sup3r PCT and they usually aren't that expensive. Just be sure to taper off so as to avoid estrogen rebound.

Damn I am glad this conversation came up as I bought some Formeron for my PCT. I was hoping to be able to use it but I guess i wont now lol.

I never had suppression at the levels I ran it. 50mg/day is probably enough. Years ago, it was understood that suppression really doesnt occur until u start approaching the 200mg/day dose of transdernal form.

I dunno what happens to the wealth of knowledge of the old age but apparently it gets lost. Form has been around for a long time, actually.

I guess what I mean is if I were to JUST run an OTC post-cycle, would I be doing more harm than good?

I ran an OTC only on my last cycle, some xAbol stuff, and it basically felt like I was taking sugar pills. I don't think it actually did anything. Packed full of trib and other worthless nonsense.

This is a bit out of my experience range TBH. I would say on something like Epi u need the serm from what I've read. I have read some other PHs that are so mild that an OTC PCT is enough. When I run my cycle I will have a serm just better safe than sorry IMO. Hopefully someone can chime in with more advice on the matter though.

Yes you'll lose your gains and you won't recover your hpta as quickly leading to lethargy and low libido.

Arimistane which is the AI in both of those products is a suicidal inhibitor. This means no chance of estrogen rebound. Class 2 AIs such as arimidex and letro do not bind permanently to the aromatase enzyme which can lead to estrogen rebound if not tapered down.

It's pretty sad when someone asks for help with a serious topic, and other people laugh at the person asking for help.

Thank god school wasn't like this.

"Excuse me, professor, could you please help me prepare for the exam?"

"LMFAO, DO RESEARCH."

*facepalm*

Right, but people still come here to learn. It is a forum. People ask for help. You started somewhere too. Whether you're 'experienced' now or not is entirely irrelevant. It is counter-productive to laugh at people with questions. It is a waste of thread space and helps no one. Why even post if you aren't going to post anything worthwhile? The Internet is cluttered enough as it is. My apologies if I used some big words in this response. If you don't know the definition to some of these words like "irrelevant" and "counter-productive", you could always do some research. LMFAO.

I think he was laughing about how you said asking us was your research...people generally will come and give a sample cycle after they have done a fair amount of research and then everyone helps them. You don't just go on a forum and say you guys are my research. And basically refuse to put in the hardwork of hundreds of hours of research. When you ask someone on here a lot of times they'll go look up the answer for you. That's why he was laughing. And rightfully so. Your post made you look stupid. You have got to be able to see that....ain't trying to be a dick but this is the truth. Research pays off. Don't rely on other people for everything.

I agree, I read a lot on PH.PCT and diet then asked questions that I couldn't seem to find or to get a different perspective on a subject from people with experience. You want to read up because you are going to run into a lot of scenarios when you cycle, workout or your diet and you cant expect to come on here and ask questions everytime you have one.

I am still reading on diet as I had my carbs low in my diet instead of the 40% most use and I have felt better since i raised my carbs. I was already running a slight caloric defecit with the proper protein but not enough carbs, sucks that I changed at the end of my cycle but at least I know.

If anything, you got more of a recomp!

Also, should I add stano in this cycle as well?

I like stano. If you're just running epi then yeah add stano at at least 600 a day. I like it at 800 to 1000.

From my understanding, stano is basically pure DHT, and epi is a DHT derivative?

This is questionable for me?

Pretty much all 5a-reduced compounds can be called "DHT derivatives". It doesn't mean anything. Epi/Stano is a good stack.

Would I really be okay with just the epi? Or is the lethargy, etc really that hindering?

Does the stano really make that much of a difference? I would probably run it for 800mg, along side the epi for 6 weeks

You don't need the Stano but you also don't need hot fudge on your sundae ;)

I don't think I would ever run halo or epi alone at this point. Not if you have a job or **** to do besides sleep and lift. Just my opinion, but anything to fight lethargy is a plus.

Actually, yes, you do.

Or else it would just be "ice cream". :Thinkingof_: hehe

But on a lighter note, I just ordered my SERM (nolva) and AI(letro) from Hardcore peptides.

Someone recommend me a good stano brand for 6 weeks? :D

I've been using lgi stano 200. Dosed at 1000 every day. Love it.

So what is that, 2-3 bottles for 6 weeks?

Really too lazy to do the math rn lol

Yeah 2 bottles should do you. I ran the first week at 600. Second at 800. Bumped it to 1000. Works well.

What site did you order from?

LGI or Amazon or what?

it's cheaper on Amazon with free shipping, but not sure about the legitimacy

Orbit has a sale right now.

We certainly do, thanks for the mention brother
